“We enjoyed a long weekend with our older kids at this home. The layout was perfect for us and allowed us to have our own space, but have plenty of places to congregate for games and meals. The two golf carts were a really nice bonus to go out and look for gators. The house was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and eating together as a group of 7. Owners were easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to renting this home again! ”

“It had beautiful views from every window, large golf cart made it easy to get everyone to the beach, and the elevator made it easy to get groceries and luggage in and out. However, the negative is that the living room is on the 2nd story which is great for views but we were constantly worried about kids running / falling down the stairs. Would recommend a gate.”

“The house was beautiful and it was just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We took full advantage of this and visited the beach several times. There was a cute little “fireplace” under the tv that we enjoyed one night. It was a little extra gem to the property. ”

“This is a lovely property with a magnificent view of the ocean right from the main bedroom and the living room downstairs. There is a boardwalk pretty much right outside your door that leads to the beach. Absolutely perfect! We love Hunting Island and that's only 6 minutes away. My husband and I very much enjoyed staying here.”

“The condo itself is nice. The real appeal of this property is the Host. Merri is a very involved and attentive host and is one of the best we have ever dealt with. The distance to the beach is exactly as described- I highly recommend this property.”
