“We had a lovely at this condo. Good for a couple or couple with small kids. Very clean. Loved hearing the river rush by. Very walkable to many places.”

“Nice stay for our family of 5 for 2 nights. Very clean and well-maintained property. Good location near town and river. Most everything you need. Air circulation was a bit of a struggle even with fans in the living room area, especially for the 1 sleeping on the sofa bed. Maybe add another box fan for that purpose. We recommend and would stay again for another trip.”

“We loved this location right next to the Ouray hot springs and pool and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Ouray. The access to the Perimeter Trail is less than 3 min walking!”

“The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had an amazing stay at Lumberyard condos! The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and playing cards with family in the evening. The sound of the river added to the peaceful atmosphere. The town is super quaint, and we loved being able to walk to two nearby waterfalls, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure! Cam and Emily were super responsive hosts, thank you!”

“Very cute and spacious apartment located in a very cute town! Within walking distance to anything you could want. Was a little noisy with the windows open at night due to the bar across the street but was quiet by 11. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The home was perfect for our family of 5. Kids loved the rooms downstairs, running around outside and the games. Great location, short walk to the market, gondola and town. Other advice is if you arrive at night, better directions would be helpful. We got in around at midnight and it took us about 30 minutes to find the place. Got to parking lot and building but find the unit was a challenge. After we found it, everything was awesome!”

“This is a great property with multiple amenities and walking distance to the gondola. If traveling in the summer months the upstairs loft area gets warm/hot since this locations does not have AC. The property manager is helpful and quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Mt Village / Telluride.”

The kitchen has everything but could use some new dishware, many items were chipped. We did not realize that the master bed was queen bed instead of a king.
