Excellent Condo
I would have rated this condo 8 stars if I could have. It was spotless and had so many little details. They had quality furnishings, the bed was wonderful. I would buy the place if I could!

Great Get Away
We were visiting the area to visit family and attend a baby show. The location was perfect for our needs. The property was very nice and the view from the 8th floor was worth a million dollars. When visiting this area in the future I would definitely stay again at this property and have recommended it to friends and other family members.

Spring Break Getaway
We try and find different cities in the Gulf Coast area every spring break and found this location in Hudson. The condo (8th floor great view) was a great size for my wife and two daughters (17 and 22) who made the trip. We were looking for Pickleball and Hiking as well as the Florida sun. We hit on all 3 these. The residents and other guests were very friendly and if you are looking for an older group this is it. Might have only saw a handful of under 50 the entire stay at this resort. Unfortunately no walks along the Gulf beach in the morning or at night as you will have to drive a ways to get this. However, the pool was heated and they have a great game room for the complex with lots of activities. They even had a talent show one of the nights that we attended. Overall a great stay that checked a lot of boxes.

Beautiful Views
We enjoyed our week here. My husband and I worked here for the week and was perfect for our stay. The second bedroom we used as an office and fit dual 27” monitors on the table. Beautiful views from the balcony and front entrance. We saw manatees and dolphins during our stay. We enjoyed playing pickleball and walking through the canal neighborhoods each day. Our favorite restaurants were Inn on the Gulf in Hudson, Catches in Port Ritchie and Estuary in downtown New Port Richie. Would definitely recommend staying here for the views.

Wedding and family time
My friend and I were in Florida for my niece's wedding and to visit my friend's dad. At the designated time I received the check-in material. The check in process was seamless; please note the actual address in the email was NOT the actual resort address. But it wasn't too hard to figure out that the 3 large buildings within a residential/marina neighborhood was where we needed to be. The condo was as advertised; very clean with a spectacular view of the Gulf from several different windows. There was plenty of room for the two of us with comfy beds, nice linens and towels. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was off limits during our stay. The location was about 45 minutes from where we needed to be, but it was in between both so it worked out fine. There are lots of places to eat, get necessities and it's easy to find a beautiful beach to visit. I'd recommend this place; just be aware you may not have all the amenities available.

Wonderful waterfront home away from home
Very nice condo! Super clean! Loved the waterfront views of the Gulf. Took a short trip to Clearwater Beach which was only about 35 miles away. Made me never want to stay in a hotel EVER again.

Nice place, not much beach
The facility was nice, clean, kitchen well equipped. The property had a VERY small beach, lovely cove, nice pool, good view. We did enjoy ourselves and it was a nice property. We were able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony. We did really miss having access to a large beach which is really the only reason for less than 5 stars.

Relaxing getaway
The condo was nice, and the views were amazing. Very relaxing for the adults. Our teens were slightly disappointed by the lack of things to do in the area, but that was our fault for not researching better. It seems like a short drive to everywhere unless there’s traffic and then it takes double the time to get where you want to go. Besides that, the condo itself was great and my husband and I would definitely come back on an adults only trip.
