Great location for family vacation
Our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for our multi-family group. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. The dock and swimming area were wonderful. The covered porch also provided a comfortable place to gather, eat, and enjoy the views.

Great Family Getaway
Awesome home with plenty of space, open areas, and in a no-wake zone which is perfect. The deck and dock are ideal for family gatherings. Great hosts, very responsive and look forward to coming back.

SML Vacation
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and the fire pit. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out!!

Great week
The house was perfect for our family which was 9 adults and a 10 month old and 2 dogs! We rented a pontoon boat and were out on it everyday! The baby loved it and so did the dogs!! Weather was perfect except for one rainy day. We did not want to come home. Kimmie was awesome, responded to my many questions quickly and went above and beyond providing items for the house that I asked about!! We would come back again, for sure!!!

Best House
This house had everything and more than we would have ever needed. We had our children and spouses and 7 grandchildren staying here. PLENTY big. Everyone had their own space. There was a pool table and other games in the basement and of course the lake and dock area, complete with kayaks, SUPs and plenty of dockage for a boat and two jet skis. Bonus was that the twin three year olds could walk into the water and play and feel completely safe. What a great house! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful week
We decided to rent a lake house so that we could spend some quality time together as a family. This lovely home at Smith Mountain Lake was perfect. The home was large enough for everyone to have space. Though we had great weather for enjoying to lake there was tons to do on a rainy day. The basement level was a kids (and adults) dream with a pool table, shuffleboard table and video game machine there was a second mini kitchen down there which was very helpful for a large group. We had rented a boat for the week and spent nearly every waking minute on or in the water. The waterfront TIKI hut with the refrigerator and Bluetooth stereo system was amazing. Kayaks and paddle boards provided by the owners was so much fun for the athletic ones of the group. Most evenings ended up with a fire in the fire pit making s’mores. The family was making plans for next year before we locked the door to come home.

Family Vacay at SML
Great property and location on SML. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were 9 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed our family dinners around the large dining room table. The dock worked out perfectly for our rental boat, and the kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit.

Well-equipped Home in Great Location
The house is spacious and airy with beautiful views of the lake. Excellent deck for sitting and relaxing. Great dock. This is the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at SML. Everything we needed! Lots of extras, like paddle boards, kayaks, games, pool table, etc. It is as advertised and we would certainly stay there again.

Family vacation
Thank you making this trip one of our best family vacations. We took our kids and grandkids to your beautiful property. The house set up was perfect. We spent most of our time on the dock and swimming in the lake. We rented a boat which was perfect since the property had its own boat dock. The owner was amazing. I asked the owner many questions and she responded immediately. This is an amazing rental and we can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful home for large family gatherings
Our family had a wonderful time at this amazing waterfront property! Super clean and organized inside, well-manicured property with so many options for fun - kayaks, paddleboards, large dock for boats, fire pit, outdoor games. The large back porch overlooking the lake was our favorite hangout. Plenty of room for folks to visit together or retreat into their own private rooms. Well stocked kitchen on main level with extra kitchenette downstairs. Would definitely rent again!

Smith Mountain Lake House Retreat
We had a wonderful time relaxing at this well maintained and designed lake house retreat! From nights by the fire pit, kayaking in the winter crisp air, to cozy nights playing games with the family or simply watching a movie on one of the many TVs. This place has it all. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all that need. The hosts are gracious and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of. We recommend this cute gem to anyone looking for a perfect getaway at the lake!
