“The ranger house is spacious with big kitchen, deck & living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck is badly in need of refurbishing. There are sleeping cabins in the park so extra family members can join you. The path to the lake is hilly and the approach to the pier needs work. The kitchen did not have a toaster which was a real disappointment and we were unsuccessful trying to reach the host. There are a lot of pluses for this rental and we will probably use it again. “Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company. ”
