I booked the room for 2 nights. I got there late the first night, which was fine. I got up early the next morning, went out til about 10am and when I got back to the room they had changed the combination so I couldn’t get back in. So my overall stay with the property was great, but with that company….. not great I’m trying to get a refund for the night I didn’t stay and they have me jumping through hoops. Horrible customer service
