La casa magníficamente amueblada con amplio patio trasero, piscina, jacuzzi, baño de vapor y gimnasio. Las casas 4110 y 4114 de Sun Meadow Drive se habían conectado para formar un solo lugar sofisticado con casi 6,000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Dos pianos de cola y dos chimeneas. Hasta 4 autos afuera del estacionamiento y 2 autos adentro del garaje. Lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas Bosch. Sistema descalcificador de agua. Todos los electrodomésticos de alta gama. Bar húmedo con la vinoteca. Meticulosamente ajardinado y con luz nocturna. Árbol viviente dentro de la casa. Hermosa piscina iluminada en el gran patio trasero. Al lado de esta casa hay otra propiedad impecablemente cuidada y amueblada. Elegante hogar para el entretenimiento con un hermoso vestíbulo que fluye a través del centro de la casa y se abre a un gran comedor, bar y sala familiar. Electrodomésticos de cocina y bar Sub Zero Wolf de grado comercial con isla central de gran tamaño. Todos los pisos son de granito. Una amplia escalera de palisandro conduce a un loft en el segundo piso con dos camas y otro bar con fregadero y un refrigerador Sub Zero. Asiento calefaccionado baño.

Ambas propiedades tendrán capacidad para más de 20 invitados. Realmente lujoso.

Estás a una corta distancia en automóvil del gran Distrito de los Museos con la Capilla Rothko cerca, el Distrito de los Teatros con el gran Teatro Alley y las Compañías de Sinfonía y Ballet de Houston, la NASA está un poco más lejos, pero ciertamente vale la pena el viaje. Y, por supuesto, a los niños les encantaría Kemah y Galveston con Schlitterbahn y una gran diversión en el mar.

Great Experience
Property was well maintained and clean. Pool was in great condition. Very specious home. Our Host Alex was very helpful and responsive. We found ironing tables but no iron and Alex arranged for it within the hour. We were surprised to find 4 full/queen size beds and a single bed in the large room! Its a unique setup and we loved it. Water pressure was very good. Overall great experience.

Warm friendly home
The property was everything, literally! My family and I are from Houston and we were looking for a home in short notice that we could celebrate and enjoy the holidays. This property welcomed us with a homely warm feeling. Going forward we’ll make sure we book this home for all events! Houston Texas group trip was great at Alexander’s property
Alexander was great to work with from our trip’s start to finish. The house was in great condition and we had enough accommodations for our large group. Alexander communicated great, was very responsive and he made sure we were comfortable and were happy with the property. I LOVE 4110 SUN MEADOW DRIVE!!!!!!!
Everything was amazing! The owner is very nice! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We we’re going to stay an extra day but one family member had to go to work tomorrow. But, we didn’t even sightsee nor shop, we stayed at the house the whole time! We only went grocery shopping. Thank you for everything Alexander… ❤️

Perfect for large groups and family
We came in town for a wedding, it was 12 of us and we wanted to stay together. The house was amazing. It was more than enough room for all of us. The host was very responsive and made sure all of our needs were met. One of us left a laptop behind and the host contacted us even before we realized it was missing. If you are looking for a large home away from home, this is the perfect place. The back yard area is gorgeous, with plenty of space.

Alexander was exceptional!
We unfortunately had a death in the family and needed a place quickly where we can house 15 out of state family members and gather the local family. The home was large enough to fit all, equipped to make sure we could cook and accommodate everyone and was just a clean and pleasant space to stay. It felt like home for a few days when the family needed to feel at home. Most of all, Alexander, the property owner, was the most gracious, accommodating and considerate host I have rented from in the 10 VRBO rentals we have done. Just a heads up to future renters, do it, but know that there are 5 beds in one room. We had 5 nephews ages 25-35, so not an issue but not a lot of person space in that room. Everything else suited perfectly. Thank you Alexander for everything

Ladies Trip 2021
upon arriving 3 hours early for check in I called the owner Alex who was very accommodating. Alex let us check in early and the house is really big and nice. We did not make use of the outside due to the weather however the yard is really nice. I would really recommend coming back when its a little warmer so we can use the beautiful pool.

Excellent for some...
I titled this, "Excellent for some..." because I would also add "but not for us." Here's why... The listing is not specifically clear about a few items. #1: The number of beds/bedrooms/bathrooms. This home is large, but there are a few unusual things, eg one of the "bedrooms" is a converted living room without a door! it DOES have 2 of the 4 bathrooms , along with 5 beds. note that the bathrooms are not all full baths! one has a toilet and shower, the other has only a toilet and bidet. there's a hallway bath that has a toilet and shower. and the bathroom in the "master" bedroom has a toilet and a tub (that does NOT have a shower, so people in that room had to share the hall shower. #2. there may or may not be a private pool. the listing says this is shared space when the other home is occupied, but when i made the reservation i explained we would not be interested if we had to share the pool (COVID, etc.) yet when we arrived, there was a family in the pool! they left the next day, so it was private for most of the trip, but still an unfortunate surprise. note also the listing is clear about the extra cost of HEATING the pool, but not that it ALSO applies to turning on the jacuzzi. we didn't need the heat in the summer, but it would've been nice to have a functional hot tub. can it really cost $50 to turn on the bubbles? #3. the air conditioning was not completely functional, so the back bedroom (which does not have blackout drapes) was VERY warm -- 77 degrees during the day and not much cooler at night, even with ceiling fans (one of which did not work). the owner did send a repair man halfway through our trip but it was still not fixed by the time we left. #4. the place is not super clean and the kitchen is not well stocked for a large group. we found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the drawers/cabinets are pretty gross. the listing says the home can accommodate up to 17 people but there are only 9 forks!!! i will say that the owner was extremely responsive -- returned my calls and texts very quickly, both before and during the stay. also, at our request, he purchased a ping-pong table which he didn't have to do, and that was a bonus. the neighborhood -- a little sketchy -- was surprising to us., but the property has locking gates. this home would be good for a large family that doesn't mind sharing bedrooms and bathrooms. and note also listing photos don't reflect current furnishings.

The property was very nice and clean the kitchen came well equipped .The house is much bigger than the pictures show .The owner was very nice and easy to talk to great communication. This house has enough space for 20 plus guests we where very comfortable well rent again.

Great place for our group coming to Hpustom for comedy show at Toyota center then birthday pool party on Sunday. All was great except for the heat in jacuzzi. Host was great! Very responsive great communication. Will definitely be back

Mini Houston Resort
This place was ideal for my family to gather and celebrate our father’s life. We particularly enjoyed the pool and backyard setting. The owner was accessible and totally devoted to make our stay as carefree as possible. We al decided that it is a place we would rent again if/when we go back to Houston.
