Family Christmas.
We had a quick, short weekend to celebrate Christmas with our family in Arkansas. We did not get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked to due to our limited schedule. It is a beautiful, spacious home that met all of our needs. We hope to come back at another time and have more time to enjoy the area.

Southern Charm is a Charm!
Spacious house, very clean and well stocked.We made Thanksgiving dinner for 8 of us and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc. very unusual compared to most rentals. The owner was very responsive despite she was traveling herself. A great experience and we’d stay again.

Wonderful location and house!
The location of the house is excellent for a short drive to several golf courses (less than 10min). The check in and out was easy and the house was clean and fully stocked with cooking utensils and cook ware. Definitely plan to return.

Great property
We stayed at the property during our annual golf trip to Hot Springs village. The house was in a perfect location for all of our golf in the back of the village. It had a large garage to store our clubs between rounds. The house had new appliances and everything was great. Janette was a pleasure to deal with. Will hopefully be back again.

Eclipse Trip!
What an incredible location for a family reunion and viewing of the total eclipse of the sun! We took day trips to local points of interest and cooked amazing meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Who knew Arkansas has so much to offer?

Golf trip
The house was as described, the furnishings were dated but comfortable. The twin beds in one bedroom really “squeak” ! The bedroom upstairs was kinda like a bunk room. The house is located by the “West” gate and not much of a selection of food the East gate does offer a lot of options. The view on the back deck was spectacular!! In the morning the fog coming off the pond that is green side is stunning! I would stay here again!

Awesome golf experience
This s the second year in a row that we stayed at this property. We had an awesome experience. Five friends who met in college over 40 years ago gather for a long weekend of golf and story telling. This house has ample room and works well for us. We hope to return again next year.

We have stayed in this home for 5 straight years now for an annual golf trip with 8 total. This is my 5th straight 5 star review. Jeanette is an awesome host and very easy to work with. The home is absolutely as advertised and pictured. Beautiful home with lots of space and a great view. You could not ask for a better property for a group of 6 - 8 people.

Property was exactly as described! Extremely spacious, ample room for all 9 of us! The home felt secure being due to being inside of a gated community. Our favorite part of all the features available to the Village was the beach at Balboa Lake, definitely a gem! Communication with the host was perfect and very punctual. We really appreciated the home being stocked with basic staples that made our stay smoother than Jifs last recall ☺️

Golf Par-Tee Girls
Girls trip to golf. We played Granada, Magellan and Isabella. Wonderful golf and wonderful girls trip. The house was perfect for 8 women with the 4 bathrooms. Everyone had such a good time we plan to make this an annual trip.

Annual golf outing for 5 classmates
We had a fantastic stay at this house. The location was great for the proximity to golf courses. We golfed on 3 days, returned to the house and cooked dinner. The grill was perfect for steaks and we were able to cook great Italian dinners on the other nights. The house was spacious and well set up for the 5 of us. Hopefully, we will be able to return next year.

This home was just what we needed for our Christmas get together! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, the kitchen is large and well equipped, and having a formal dining room for Christmas dinner was perfect.

As has been the case in all 3 trips, the house was clean and well furnished. The photos and description of the house on the site are 100% accurate and speak for themselves. Jeanette the owner and property manager is GREAT to work with. I just don't know how to recommend this property any more.

Golf Annual
Every year me and four friends have a golf weekend, it had been some time but we are familiar with Hot Springs Village. This place was ideal for 4 men whom like to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We utilized the outdoor Grill and inside kitchen which has anything you need for cooking. House was very clean and neat Janette was great to work with and easy to reach if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay again if we return to Hot Springs Village.

It was very nice to have a 4 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms although it would be nice to have more than 2 full-size beds and not twin beds in 2 of the bed rooms.
