Nice location
The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. The deck overlooks the golf course with lots of shade. We sat out in the evening for drinks. Owners kept us up to date before the trip. We would definitely rent it again.

Perfect house
This place was so homey and had everything!!! Bathroom soap , shampoo, conditioner ect , Highchair , pack n play , things to cook with ( utensils seasoning pans crockpot) location is in between everything about 15 min away from everything. Beds were super comfortable and house is very updated!! I will say you make want the bathtub drain looked at the stopper doesnt close / plug the water so we just used a washcloth no biggie to us. And the back patio needs a good deep clean / sweep and cleaned lots of spider webs and cushions were rough i did my best to sweep it up so we could sit out there but it didnt help any . May need a good power wash but that the tinest of thing i WOULD HIGHLY recommend this place !! We loved this place and definitely will be booking again ! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Very nice property - beautifully decorated. We had a little problem with living room tv, but owner immediately sent someone out to remedy situation. The only suggestion I would have is to add black out curtains to front bedroom window. We do recommend this property, and we will definitely rent it again in near future. Thank you gotcha wonderful stay - very convenient area.

Quiet Place from Home
We enjoyed our stay!! The place is nice and the AC kept us cool. It is a peaceful, quiet place to stay. Our host were quick to answer any questions. We love the beautiful Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens. We like taking a tour on Duck tours. We plan to stay here again! Bb

Great place to stay
Overall we had a very nice experience. Easy check in is so nice. Place is quiet (except in the mornings, the golf course feels they need to mow the lawn every morning, ruins my coffee time, I ended up listening to music on my AirPods). I have a three star for the cleaning, the couple of times that we used the oven, it smoked causing the smoke detectors to go off and scare the dogs. Also, the gas grill was disgusting. I sent a text to the owner, hopefully that was corrected. Other than that, great place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Neighbor was quiet and friendly. Access to all activities was great, home located almost center of the Village. Home could have been a little cleaner. and is in need of some basic Maintenace (light bulbs and back deck was a bit dirty).

Wonderful place for an amazing vacation
My family and I were very impressed with the rental property. It was very clean and inviting and was a very comfortable place to stay! We love Hot Springs Village and now have located another great rental property to stay at when we vacation here!!

Restful Stay
Came to a relaxing condo in the woods. Winding lush wooded roads. Saw a couple deer . Condo was spacious and clean. Loved the way cupboards were labeled for easy access to items. Nicely stocked with necessary items . Very peaceful and quiet. There are several really good restaurants with home cooking , we loved that! Nice back porch to view pond and woods and path where people golf. believe we were about 30 mins from hot springs which is a nice ride. Nice flea markets, restaurants. All in all i would Highly recommend this place.!

BEST PLACE EVER!
My family and I have vacationed in Hot Springs Village for many years. We have stayed in condos, townhomes, and large lake houses and this property was, by far, the most wonderful place we have ever stayed in, not just in the Village, but anywhere we’ve traveled. This particular place was a duplex and as you walk in the front door, you feel how comfortable it is. It was immaculate, large, bright and beautiful. We were very impressed and pleased with how extremely well equipped the kitchen was, with everything from sugar and flour to aluminum foil. The beds were very comfortable, as well, and it was a quiet place with a beautiful view of the Cortez golf course and lake. The owner of this property was always quick to answer any text questions we had and was so pleasant to deal with. Any time we are going to stay in Hot Springs Village, this will definitely be the place we will stay if it’s available! Thank you to all involved with this awesome property.

Great Getaway
The owners were so easy to deal with. The condo was great! Beautifully decorated and accurately described in the listing. Everything you needed was there. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice location whether you want to go to Hot Springs or Little Rock. And the drives were beautiful! Also, close to the west gate which has more restaurants even though there are several in the village. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
This property was very inviting. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen was well-stocked--we had everything we needed. Nice view of the golf course from the large deck in the back. Hot Springs Village is a unique community with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is also an easy drive from the village into the city of Hot Springs. Would love to stay there again!

A very nice duplex
This is a very cute duplex with the back deck overlooking a golf course and pond. We loved staying here and hopefully will visit again soon.
