Cute place
We loved this place and will be back. I did try to contact property manager for a small hickup, but no return call. We felt at home away from home. Just far enough from all the places we wanted to see while there Pool andnlake is right in the backyard.

Great location but Needs improvement
Communication was not great leading up to our stay. We requested information multiple times and it took almost 2 weeks to get clarification. The house did have 2 kayaks available for use but only one paddle so one was useless, it also had a ping pong table that was in terrible shape and all the paddles had been destroyed. The one ball we found we couldn’t tell if it was a foosball or ping pong ball. The master bed was very creaking and most of the doors stuck so moving through the house at night meant you were waking up others. We were told we could add a late checkout option that it would show up on our listing 2 days before checkout. That never happened. The WiFi is spotty at best and my cell service was limited. Overall I will look for properties not listed with this host in the future.

Lacking in a little.
Beautiful setting. Townhouse needs a few repairs. The stay was nice except for the broken dishwasher. The kitchen needs more pans, dish towels and bowls. We had a good time.

Everything was great!
We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short trip (20min) to downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed walking out our back door to the lake. The kids enjoyed playing all the games in the garage. The area is quiet and nice. We had a wonderful time making memories!

Stay Close to Home
We decided to stay close to home on this vacation. Our first great granddaughter decided she wanted to try and come into this world early so we stayed close to home. This property had a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. It is very close to many attractions in Hot Springs. It has a pool for everyone to enjoy. The owners even had two kayaks that we were able to use to go out on the lake. The owners stayed in contact with us during the week to make sure we had everything that we needed which was very nice. They also provided many extras such as charcoal, floats, sunscreen, extra towels for the pool, and a bottle of wine from the winery in Hot Springs. Very nice place to stay.

Family Summer Vacation
They thought of everything! From kayaks to cleaning and laundry supplies to extra bedding to popcorn and sodas on arrival...super thoughtful. Spacious home, beautiful setting right on the lake, plus there's a pool! We loved our stay!!

Wonderful 4th of July stay!
I can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The scenery was gorgeous. Lake access was a breeze and the space was so comfortable and peaceful. My family rented this VRBO for the 4th of July holiday and we had an excellent stay. The management staff was very attentive, thoughtful and helpful. Mr. Jack communicated with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely use VRBO over it’s competitors and highly recommend staying at this property. Overall and excellent pleasant experience.

Large Family Paradise
Excellent property for a large family with kids! Beautiful but functional condo on Lake Hamilton just minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Kids enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake during the day and chasing fireflies at night. The three bedroom setup was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay their again. Mr. Jack is a great host and the neighbors are super sweet too.

Lake Hamilton Townhouse Review
This property was in a great location, clean, spacious and was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Jack was easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake house on Lake Hamilton.

Great Lake house
This was a last minute spring break booking for us and the house was great. Very well kept and has everything you need. The hosts were excellent, telling us everything we needed and there were great little extras like games for the children and treats. The kids also enjoyed some hilarious ping pong in the garage. It is a great location with the lake just outside the door and an easy 10 minute drive from Hot Springs. It wasn’t warm enough to swim so we didn’t try the pool. We look forward to coming back to Hot Springs and staying here again.

An amazing place
This was one of our favorite family vacations, ever! The kids loved the huge back yard, and all of the fun things to do in Hot Springs kept us plenty busy. We will be back for sure!
