I wish I could give it a negative! Stay away! Called Vacasa about the oven being broke day 1. Day two kitchen sink leaked and still waiting to hear about oven. Day 4 finally heard about leak but we fixed ourselves since no one called back. Asked about oven and was told it’s been broke and they provided a toaster in the meantime. We had 12 people in our family. Not enough towels provided for more than 5. Spiders and spider webs everywhere. Not enough pots and pans. Broken dining room chair. Steep steep driveway and daughter’s car would not make it up. Half the lights in the house don’t work. During this time Vacasa promised someone would call back. I received two calls during the time and both were for the leak. The laundry door is off the track and when opened will fall out on you. Outside light flashes constantly. Early checkout day spoke to Vacasa and was supposed to receive a call back and not heard from them. This seems to be the norm - they’ll call you and never do. I will never rent another home or condo from these people. They take their fees and don’t honor agreements. Lastly if they are giving a easy bake oven in place of a real oven we should be able to pay with Monopoly money.
