Esta casa recién remodelada de varios niveles frente al lago es la escapada perfecta para parejas o familias. Disfrute de hermosas vistas del lago Hamilton desde la casa o el muelle privado en una cala grande y tranquila. 2 dormitorios arriba y 2 juegos de literas en el sótano con capacidad para un total de 8. Cada nivel tiene su propio baño completo. ¡Los jardines Garvan, el parque Entergy, las rutas de senderismo, el sistema de senderos Northwoods, los restaurantes y el casino Oaklawn Racing están a solo unos minutos!

Great place!
Came for a weekend getaway with husband and 2 kids (8 and 10). House had everything we needed. Location to downtown Hot Springs was perfect, only 15min. The cove was nice and quiet. We even saw deer several times eating the acorns. There was a paddle board and kayak for use. Nice touch for fan lovers, they had box fans in the closets!

Great quaint stay!
The home was very clean, very well laid out, and loved the location! We enjoyed the kayak, paddle board and fishing off the dock! Will definitely rent again if we come come back to Hot Springs!

Great spot on the lake
Sad to see this house up for sale because it’s the perfect little getaway. Would love to come back one day. If you want the best spot on a calm lake, this is it. Plenty of beds, great views and close to everything. Loved it.

Fun getaway
This was a 4 sibling sisters' trip. We do this once a year at various locations and we really enjoyed our stay at this cute little lake house. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this rental to others.

Location was great but…
Location was great BUT we had to change the sheets on our bed because they were dirty with lint and hair. Everything else was clean. The beds have no box springs, just a mattress on a frame. The dock over looking the water feels like it is going to fall-through at any time so we stayed on the porch most of the trip. The right railing for the porch is super loose and needs to be fixed. The kayak doesn’t have a seat which makes it hard to impossible to navigate. We used our own batteries in the remote control because we couldn’t find any others. The downstairs basement was not super welcoming. I wouldn’t want to put kids down there with an exterior door. The upstairs tub needs to be resurfaced or, at minimum, a non-slip mat should be put down. Overall, it was clean but most of the house was an afterthought or a DIY project thrown up for insurance purposes.

Not as expected
We, have stayed at many lake homes in hot springs area, this property was one of the more expensive I’ve stayed in and therefore my hopes were high, first, the location is everything! It’s so close to town , like 10 minutes and the neighborhood was very very nice! The swim dock is the best I’ve had, great chairs and large swimming area! However upon arrival the house didn’t seem clean, it had a smell, the downstairs is not quite as pictured, it’s a basement with concrete floors but nice bathroom, there is only 2 tvs , one in living area and one in basement and it didn’t work, the manager said the remote may have been misplaced but we could never get it to work when we found it. There is a door in basement that leads to outside that is a bit underground so there were lots of spiders and bugs coming through the doors, we almost went to get a blowup so teens could sleep upstairs bc of bug situation, but we sprayed and pest control was sent out by manager although it didn’t help during our stay also we put our food In pantry only to awake to ants invested in our food, we lost a lot of our food and I text the manager, he sent pest control amount of bugs he saw he said it would take time to kill them, we had already bought bug spray and spray the house also, but then we woke couple days later to ants invested in bathroom all over ceiling and walls and our toothbrushes. The bedspread was dirty and overall bugs everywhere inside. The kitchen window each morning was full of dead bugs

Cozy home on the lake
My family had a great time staying at this property. The house will clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that the house was on the lake and had a dock where you could sit and relax. Great communication from the property owners as well.

Great location
My kids and I loved staying here and exploring the area. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house, and the lake views were gorgeous to wake up to. We took out the kayak and paddle board and I appreciated the quiet little cove - perfect for kids. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this cute little house to my friends.

Great Location
I’m giving this a slightly higher rating than I usually would because I’m assuming most of my issues were because the house was closed up for the winter. There was a bad odor in the house when we arrived. We did go to Walmart to buy air fresheners, and that seemed to help a little bit. Everything could just use a good deep cleaning (filthy windows, bugs in light fixtures, food crumbs in drawers, dirty walls, shower curtain appeared moldy, etc) and maybe a new coat of paint (again, maybe this is because it was closed up for the winter?). Now for the good stuff - The location is great. Short drive to downtown, 35 minute drive to Ron Coleman Mining, and a little over an hour to Crater or Diamonds State Park. We enjoyed the dock. There were a lot of fish jumping while we were there. They did a nice job on the basement bathroom (We all used that shower versus the upstairs one).

A great family getaway spot!
The house has a latopen living/ dining/living space. This was great for hanging out with the family, but having the basement bunk room was perfect for none toddler kids. Lake was low at the time we were there so no water at the dock, but the view and fire pit was worth it.

Beautiful family lake home
Very clean and well-stocked. Our family of 7 had a perfect week exploring hot springs, the diamond mine, alligator farm, and the garden. This home is located in a quiet cove with private dock— perfect for kayaking. We also rented a pontoon at Hot Springs Marina only about 10 minutes away. Owners very nice and attentive

Loved our visit
We stayed for a week and had a great time. The house looks just like it does in photos. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the coffee and laundry detergent. The steps to the basement are quite steep and may be difficult to manage. I was not entirely comfortable carrying my 1 year old down the steps but there is an second entrance to the basement outside. There is a baby gate available at the top of the steps. The location was great. Close to the gardens and a city park with a playground. It was an easy drive to get groceries and go to the national park. The lake was beautiful. Great stay! Thanks so much!
