Esta casa urbana de 4 Br / 3Ba tiene muchas características elegantes y actualizadas con un gran espacio al aire libre, que incluye una cubierta envolvente de doble capa, con un área de porche con mosquitero así como una bañera de hidromasaje y una parrilla de gas. Hay una media cancha de básquetbol, un parque infantil y un pozo de fuego en el patio trasero.  4 habitaciones grandes incluyen:
  El dormitorio principal con una cama tamaño queen con almohada tiene un vestidor separado y el baño principal cuenta con un jacuzzi.
Dormitorio # 2 tiene 2 camas individuales y un cómodo sofá.
Dormitorio # 3 tiene cama queen con colchón de espuma de memoria. y un pack-n-play con otros artículos ideales para un bebé (asiento hinchable, andador, juguetes y mantas)

Perfect Family Getaway
I have a large family and it isn't always easy to find a rental thats big enough. This property was perfect and all of the teenagers felt like they had their own space. It was a great place not far from the attractions we planned. The house was very large and allowed planty of room for all guests to be able to be comfortable. The backyard patio was very nice place to relax abd enjoy the scenary. The playground is a plus for kids as well as the fenced in yard for pets. Donna was always available to answer any questions we had. Great stay! Awesome for large groups.

Worthwhile
A very big home. A really great value, so expect some dated details. Couches were brand new. All living room seats recline. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of outside room. Dining seating was ample and comfortable. The hot tub was a pleasure. Washer and dryer worked effectively. The home is on a dead-end street, and neighbors are very quiet. There are some barking dogs and some activity out of a fire substation, but mostly very peaceful and private. DISH: I couldn't figure out how to use the TV to stream, so purchased a universal remote. Getting anywhere was easy. I went to downtown, Lake Ouchita, Entergy Park, Oaklawn, YMCA, and ER at St. Vincent. I'm so glad that an ER was close. Some items not there that we needed: colander or strainer, scissors, paper and pen. Donna left plenty of restaurant coupons and suggestions. I made some meals. The kitchen was well-stacked, but people haven't been taking care of the none-stick pots; they were terriblely scratched. There was a cast iron pan. Donna was always quickly responsive and polite. Only one TV is hooked up. There is a tv downstairs hooked up to DVD player. My son used his PS to stream. If I were to go back to Hot Springs, I 'd choose the same place.

Amazing Home!
We had a wonderful time at this location. The property had everything we needed and provided some additional touches that made our visit even more pleasant. We had a dog and large kennel was provided. We had brought one, but having the large kennel spoiled our dog. The yard, deck and Hot Tub were amazing and made the experience even better. This is probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We are hoping to come back sometime next year, if possible. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Centrally Located to good food, casino, and downtown
Donna is readily available for any questions or concerns. She asked if we need a kennel for our pups but we already had one in tow! We appreciated her southern hospitality! The home is spacious and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub- what an experience and we left your home a little sad that our vacay was over! Back to our home state of Texas where our busy lives are waiting on us…….

Christmas Lights
Trip over to see the Christmas lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens! Fabulous! Great place to stay - plenty of room, great common spaces! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and kids took advantage of the playground in the back yard!! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay while in Hot Springs
Large, quiet house with plenty of space. Clean. Enjoyed our stay there. It was convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit. Just a heads up, there are two flights of stairs from the deck down to the large fenced in backyard. Something to consider if you have a dog with mobility or vision issues. Our old dog needed us to light the stairs with a flashlight after dark. Once down, he loved the backyard.

Spacious and beautiful property
My husband and I stayed with our fur baby who loved the huge backyard. The deck and the house were well maintained and the decor was tasteful and pretty. There are a lot of level changes both on the deck to get to the yard, and in the house. This was not a problem for us, and there are handrails for all of it. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. This property is near restaurants and retail yet it has a wonderful country feel. It was the best of both worlds. The pictures and description matched it exactly. It was even better in person. If we had to make any suggestions it would be to add landscape lighting to the backyard because it gets very dark at night. When we took our pup out in the evening we had to use flashlights. This was not a big deal, and there are lights for the deck. But once you're in the yard, the deck lights aren't quite enough. All in all a great property and a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back! We will definitely be back!

Donna was amazing
Everything was clean. House is spacious so it felt like we could all be together or apart if wanted. Donna provided games and some movies. Also a few books. The backyard was beautiful. The hot tub was warmed up and ready to slide into. Perfect vacation place. I would come again

Good Time
Our overall stay was good. Donna was responsive to our needs. The bedrooms were a great size and could have easily accommodated king size beds which we all wished they had been. Bedspreads seemed too small for some of the beds. The downstairs shower is EXTREMELY small! Food was left in the fridge and freezer. A note in the freezer door said”Please feel free to use any food left in fridge”. Don’t think most folks want to eat leftovers from folks they don’t know - we did not. We expected the fridge & freezer to be emptied and wiped down between occupancy. We would stay here again, but would LOVE king size beds and would expect a sanitized fridge. Thanks!

Donna was wonderful!
You can't beat the location of the house. It is literally close to everything. You could walk to Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Purple Cow, Panda Express, and 5 minutes away from Oaklawn! My family and I stayed for my mother's birthday, and we all absolutely loved the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 15 yr old, and 4 kiddos under the age of 5. Donna was great with communication, and we didn't have a problem at all with the house. Thank you and we'll most likely stay again!
