“Would of given a 5 but for some reason no advertising of bar food and when i looked at the menu it was what we wanted we ordered a taxi to go to Knutsford but then was told they had bar food but we decided to go out. Would be nice if the bar food was highlighted in the bar area.”

“On arrival the receptionist, was unaware that we had purchased early booking in. When we went to the bar and informed the staff we were a 1.30 booking for afternoon tea, they were unaware that this had been booked prior to arrival. The same story happened when turning up to our dinner booking, they had no record. That said all staff in these areas apologised and sorted this out for us. There is obviously a passing of information issue here, which led to staff apologising for these errors.”

“El hotel está a 15-20 mins caminando pero no está bien explicado por donde ir … aunque hay un letrero llegas a un lugar y no sabes para donde continuar !! Pues resulta que tienes que salir de la terminal y caminar Por fuera del aeropuerto y están remodelando el aeropuerto y los elevadores estában cerrados 🙈 Llegamos a las 11:30 pm a Manchester y pues a esa hora no había nadie que te dijera por donde ir 😬😬 ”

“This is our third time staying at the village when we go back to Warrington with my mom to visit her hometown. The Village is a perfect location and the staff is amazing. Our only complaint is the lighting in the rooms is aweful when trying to get ready. And plug access is also limited to areas where you need them when trying to get ready. But with that being said, the rooms are nice, not a lot of extra ammentities, but it's fine for sleeping and being close to the town center, Stockton Heath...
