Peace and Quiet
Second stay at this property. Overall a great location convenient to restaurants, golf and water activities yet away from the crowds in the heart of Horseshoe Bay. The unit is nicely appointed and comfortable. Always a treat to see the deer that frequent the yard. However, since my stay last fall the cleanliness has definitely declined. There are several items that need repair and/or replacing and numerous areas that need a deep cleaning. I sent the details and photos to the contact provided, although they offered to come out and clean, they could not provide a specific time. As I was there coordinating a family funeral, I did not have the flexibility or the time to wait all day for the cleaners nor the interest in supervising all that needed to be done as it would have taken many hours. I took time to provide photos and details and got no follow up from management. Areas of issue: Grill was dirty and grill "set" was non existent other than the brush which was worn down to the nubs and rusty, guest bath shower curtain was orange along the bottom and smelled, needs replacing, master shower doors had thick mildew along bottom edge and lots of line scale build up, both fan vents are covered in dust, molding in master bath needs to be replaced or repaired and well cleaned around the toilet area, molding throughout unit is covered in dust/grime, numerous spots on walls and doors, blood on back of guest room door, cob webs on blinds, could not find sheets or pillow for fold

Peace and Quiet
Second stay at this property - Great location, away from the heart of HSB so it's quiet and relaxed yet close to all of the fun and amenities one could want without the congestion and noise. However the cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean with attention to detail. I was frustrated that the unit was not very clean and in need of replacement and/or repair of a number of items. I sent photos and details to the PM only to get a generic response. I would have appreciated the unit being cleaned while I was there, however, I did not have time to wait for them to arrive in their "window of time" nor did I have the time or interest in over seeing the process. No one has followed up or offered any discount for my stay which is also disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to stay,

It was good. I mentioned about the TV remote . We tried putting new batteries in it but did not help. We used the one in the bedroom and it worked. I did clean hair off the shower the first time I used it.

This house was cute and clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. Pet owners need to be aware that there is no fence and deer roam freely through the subdivision.

After notifying the property management company a week before going that we had a tragic accident in our group that was going to stay at this house and only wanted to reschedule our dates. The company told me that it could not happen and I would loose my monies. Completely understood terms of cancellation but not even consider working with me for different dates is not a company I will business with again. We was looking to book the house once a month if we liked it but their loss.

Amazing Property!
We have been coming to Horseshoe Bay for years (my parents have had a house there since 1982) and have loved every trip down there. This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! It's in a beautiful location and you'll have plenty of deer right outside your door. Extremely quiet and the house is in fantastic condition. We're already planning on booking this property again for Christmas.

Perfect Vacation Rental
Everything was super easy. The duplex was spotless, remodel on point, furnishing are completely acceptable for a vacation home. Tastefully decorated, beautiful appliances, gas grill, porch with comfortable outdoor seating, gorgeous view of the golf course in the back yard. We had a wonderful time!

Duplex (not mentioned) was very well appointed and was very comfortable. High ceilings, nice appliances and everything was clean and in good working condition. Had a small noise problem with the heat pump but they were on it immediately. Great place near all types of activities.

We had no heat the first night. Took all day Sunday to get us into a new place which was the other duplex. The beds are so low to the ground we could hardly get out of them. The furniture in both places was totally uncomfortable. It was the cheapest stuff the own could buy. We will never do this again.
