“This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. ”

“The room was perfect, exactly what we needed and clearly very newly refurbished. It was a little hot though, and the entrance hallway had a bad smell. Small issues really and it was nearly a perfect 5 stars. Would definitely stay again, although maybe at a similar property closer to the city.”

“I was told I could not stay at this property because it was damaged by a previous guest. I have been unable to get a refund. I was offered a room in a house nearby, but I booked an entire flat and didn't want to stay in a house with others. Now the rental agent won't return phone calls or request for refund. If you read the reviews (I wish I had) I'm not the first person they've done this to. ”

“Wir hatten keine Probleme, die Wohnung zu finden. Das einchecken mit Codes lief reibungslos, fürs dritte Kind stand ein extra Bett bereit, vielen Dank. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder.”

“We had a pleaseant stay, the house is very nice we stayed in "The Croft". Catfort Railway station is not far away and every 12 minutes there is a train to London Bridge. Also a Lidl is very close. The pool and the garden is fine. Too bad that you use most of the time to visit Londin instead of staying in the appartment. ;-)”

“This was our second time renting this listing. We loved it then and now. We stayed two weeks each time. It met our needs exactly. Close to all the necessary amenities. The tube, coffee in the morning, groceries and restaurants. All in a very clean and safe environment. Lubna is a very attentive and accommodating hoist. It feels like home in a very short time. We’ll rent it again!!!!”

“Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré.”
