Encantadora casa rústica del siglo XVII de conversión. Restaurado con buen gusto con toda la atención al detalle. Una gran cantidad de carácter y vigas a la vista en todo.

Cocina totalmente equipada y atractivo baño con bañera con patas y ducha de efecto lluvia. Calefacción por suelo radiante, Wifi, sonido envolvente, altavoz Bluetooth y Alexa. Sky TV y toallas todo incluido.

El hotel se encuentra en campo abierto, rodeado de campos, a 10 km del aeropuerto de Gatwick y el servicio Express Express de Londres en solo 30 minutos.

El supermercado más cercano está convenientemente ubicado a 5 minutos en el pueblo de Smallfield.
Situado en una propiedad ecuestre.

La entrada a la cabaña conduce directamente desde el atractivo puerto de automóviles, hasta dos pasos hacia la cocina abierta con barra de desayuno que está completamente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, licuadora, hervidor y tostadora.
Justo al lado de la cocina está el guardarropa, con lavadora / secadora y WC.

La cocina de planta abierta conduce a la acogedora sala de estar con muebles suaves que presentan un tema de Country Highland en todo. Cómodos sofás, mesa de comedor y sillas abatibles para 4 personas, Wifi, sonido envolvente, altavoz Bluetooth con Alexa y Sky TV con Blu-ray, etc. Calefacción por suelo radiante en todo.

La escalera de roble de dos niveles conduce a las habitaciones en el primer piso. La habitación principal a la izquierda es una habitación hermosa, luminosa y espaciosa, con una cómoda cama doble, almohadas y edredón con mucho espacio de almacenamiento, barra para colgar y espejo de cuerpo entero.

El baño, ubicado junto al dormitorio principal, cuenta con una ducha de efecto lluvia, un lavabo, un inodoro, un toallero con calefacción y una lujosa bañera con patas, ideal para tomar un baño relajante. También se proporcionan artículos de tocador de bienvenida.

La escalera de la derecha conduce al segundo dormitorio acogedor con cama doble, espacio para guardar las mesas de noche y espacio para colgar la ropa.

Las flores frescas y una selección de cortesía de tés, café, cereales, leche y jugo lo reciben a su llegada.

Hay una zona de estar al aire libre con mesa, sillas y barbacoa disponibles durante el clima más cálido.

Hay un poco de ruido de los aviones ya que estamos a 6 millas del aeropuerto de Gatwick

Very cozy cottage
We absolutely loved the cottage. It is decorated so lovely and is very welcoming, we only wished we had time to venture out and visit with the animals - maybe next time. Would definitely visit again and would recommend highly - thank you again

Very Enjoyable and Comfortable Stay
We had the complete joy of staying at Cosy, Rustic 17th Century Countryside Barn for 4 days and nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was delightful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable interior decor and most welcoming. Sally was an amazing help and was extra attentive to our overall comfort. We will definitely return. Schönes Haus....leider mit starker Beeinträchtigung
Das Haus war nett, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung, so wie beschrieben, ansprechend. In der Anzeige stand jedoch auch, dass die Buchung auch das Frühstück beinhalten würde...das war leider nicht so. Dadurch erhöhten sich die Kosten für unseren Urlaub.Unsere Nachfrage beim Gastgeber ergab, dass sie diesen Service seit Jahren nicht mehr anbieten würden. Nach unserem Gespräch wurde dieses Detail auch aus der Annonce entfernt. Des weiteren wird in der Beschreibung erwähnt, dass mit "etwas Fluglärm" zu rechnen sei. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das doch sehr untertrieben ist. Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Gatwick, so dass ca. alle 10 bis 15 Minuten ein Flugzeug direkt und in geringer Höhe über das Haus fliegt...und das rund um die Uhr. Gespräche oder TV/Radio hören, waren in diesen Momenten nur sehr schwer möglich, vom erholsamen Schlaf ganz zu schweigen.

This property is beautiful! The dogs and horses are sweet and the atmosphere is so peaceful. I recommend having a car as it is pretty remote and perfect for a relaxing getaway!

So lovely!
We loved our stay very much! Our Kids (11 and 13) enjoyed the walks with Hovis, the Shetty. London is easy to reach by train for day trips. Nice talks with Sally and Malcolm, they are very welcoming.

Perfect little retreat with all the right touches
This place was great. The bed and pillows were cozy. Had all the right kitchen tools needed. Great history about the place and town. Had everything we needed. Even dropped off fans without asking. The barn was remodeled so cute. Airplanes are quite noisy flying over but I found earplugs left for us. Would definitely recommend

Great location & cottage!
The cottage is very nice, comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped. Location is excellent and very close to loads of beautiful areas. Booking process, check-in, etc very easy. The hosts are very friendly. Looking forward to stay there again :)

Lovely property, Sally and Malcolm were very welcoming but also gave us our space and were happy for us to wander round the property and say hello to the horses. Bikes were good for a nice bike ride and found a lovely pub only 40 min walk away! Hot tub was brilliant too

Lovely Country Barn
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The renovated barn is lovely with lots of natural light and underfloor heating. The kitchen is well equipped, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Sally was a welcoming host.

My daughter and I suffered a terrible loss. We have however held it all together and decided that on the first anniversary we would go away. We were disappointed that we couldn't go abroad because of the current travel situation but I can safely say, I couldn't have picked a more PERFECT spot.

Brilliant stay
The owners were kind and very helpful, while the cottage itself was very well kept and just as beautiful as advertised. There are plenty of nearby walks we enjoyed, and due to the location we had almost no car noise at all. Overall, we had a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend.

Friendly and laid back
Staying here, you’re invited to simply wander the property and meet the animals. Our kids took full advantage and loved the horses, chickens, pets, and especially Hovis! The owners are there when you need them, happy to have a chat, but give more than enough space for guests to simply relax and explore. House and hot tub are brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend!
