“I really can’t say enough about this space- It’s truly remarkable. It’s so peaceful- just you, the vines, and the occasional bird or squirrel. We started and ended each day outside just taking in the ambiance and stillness. It was so perfect - if we ever come back again this will be #1 on mylist.Definitely book a tasting early in your visit - WWE wines are so so good! I drank a bottle during our visit and can’t wait for the shipment to come later in fall. ”

“My wife and I had a comfortable and relaxing three nights at Lisa's charming property. While the apartment is cozy, nothing feels remotely cramped as the space is planned and utilized really smartly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we really appreciated the french coffee beans and French Press. Communication with Lisa was friendly and lightning-quick. I'd heartily recommend this rental to a couple looking for a Willamette Valley getaway.”

“I loved that it was a couple miles out of town. Really quiet and peaceful. There's no TV which added to the quiet country feeling. I went to McMinnville to meet with my publisher and used any spare time to write. It was the perfect place for that,”

“We were in the area for a wedding and had never been in Oregon before. We traveled from our home state of Vermont with minimal luggage so we were thrilled to find everything we could possibly need. The house is beautifully appointed and absolutely adorable! Communication with the host was easy, entry to the house was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.”

Michelle was very communicative throughout the process and the cottage was well-stocked with commonly needed items (we appreciated the stain remover on this trip, not something you'd find at every property!). The main stretch of Newberg is very walkable from this property and we enjoyed its proximity to many of the local wineries/vineyards during this trip.”

“This property is super cute and has everything you need for a short stay. We appreciated having the basic spices available in the cupboard and quality cookware/dinnerware. The k cups were a plus also. The bathroom and kitchen were of substantial size and the bed was very comfortable. The only part we didn’t like was the yard area as you felt like you were right in the owners back yard so it was uncomfortable to be out there. It was set up very nicely, though, with a very cool water feature....

“We absolutely loved staying at this cottage. It is so well done! When we arrived, we walked into an immaculately clean, nicely decorated home with all the amenities needed. The front yard is beautiful; the neighborhood is great. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants, parks and wineries. Heather, the owner, was wonderful to work with. If we ever return to Salem, this will be our go to place. We loved it.”

“Great property. Very cute, but could use some tweaks in functionality, especially if you have luggage for a longer trip. The hanging closet is too close and an awkward reach over the toilet so did not use. Hot water was not consistent and outside security light kept getting triggered, perhaps by a weather vane in the garden. Despite this, loved the complex and the common area. Well located and quiet at night.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Silverton, and for just 2 - 3 people, this is a really great place to stay. Our favorite part was waking up and having breakfast on the back deck over the river. Just beautiful and relaxing. We were lucky to have great weather while in the area.It was really nice to walk 100 yards and we were downtown, with many restaurants and shops from which to choose.We have family out in the country northeast of Silverton, as well as family and friends all around Salem, so this...

“The cottage is comfortable and cozy. The small space is well laid out and has what you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the country setting, yet close to town. I found the bed to be comfortable, but may be too soft and not supportive for a heavier person. Kathryn was very responsive with communications, and we really appreciated the special baked treats. Definitely recommend. ”
