Beautiful house in the middle of the upper valley. Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in town. Easy to find and pictures are true to what the house has to offer!

Pretty Good!
Loved the house overall. Very striking back porch with an incredible view. I was with a group of dads in their mid 30s, which is to say it was a pretty tame weekend. However, we kept getting texts and calls from the property management company because of a sound monitoring device they have in the house. I walked the perimeter and couldn’t hear any sound escaping so I did not appreciate that constant annoyance at all. There were no neighbors right next to the house which made that situation that much more baffling. Also checkout time is 10 AM which is highway robbery.

Outstanding Property!
This place is amazing! From the incredible wrap around deck with the Mountain View and relaxing seating to the special touches located throughout the house, our whole family was impressed! We made so many special memories here. The property manager was exceptional to work with - highly responsive and very thoughtful. We can’t wait to return!

Wedding weekend
This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate the events around our son’s wedding @ The Orchard. Situated in the middle of a pear orchard gave us the private and relaxed atmosphere we were looking for. The home has everything - the views are breathtaking! And the team was VERY responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay! We would stay here again!

Gorgeous house & setting
This is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our extended family, including a entry-level master bedroom for our elderly parents. A view of Mt. Hood from our room's balcony and a sweeping view of the orchards & Mt. Adams from the deck. It felt like we were in Tuscany. Large and lovely kitchen and family room. Just perfect.

Beautiful place
Great spot with great views. House is nice but a bit tired and needs some TLC. Rotted wood under front window by front door. First thing you see. Very dusty air intake in the kitchen along with the top of the refrigerator. Kitchen cabinet door under sink hanging on one hinge. One ceiling fan has a strong shake to it. Baseboards need a refresh paint. Having mentioned the above we still enjoyed our stay but for the premium price was expecting a 5 star facility

Fabulous Property
We rented this property to house 16 women for our annual "retreat." The property was everything we expected an more. The location is absolutely amazing. Mt. Hood can be seen from one side of the house and Mt. Adams from the other side of the house and fruit orchards and vineyards in between. Thank you for having us.

Almost Amazing!
This property is borderline a 5 star. It just needs some deep cleaning and touch up. Pros: Location was perfect, views unbelievable, and size of the home was perfect for a large group. Plenty of space in the home, plenty of parking, and did I mention the views - UNREAL. Cons: When we showed up there were empty beer cans, empty coke cans, and wine spilt on the wall. The cleaning crew must have been in a hurry. The bed in the primary room sounds like it was about to break through the floor. Every time you sat on it, it sounded like it was going to break. The bathrooms had mold growing in them and you could tell it wasn't just from the last visitors. Mold takes time to grow. Baseboards and other areas were chipping paint. Cooking utensils are WAY overused. None of them were level on the cooktops and had scratches and chips all over them. Also, the top oven doesn't get to temp. My underlying comment would be to shut the place down for a week and do the repairs and cleaning. Then this place would be unbelievable.

This extraordinary property, surrounded by fruit orchards, was a great location for us to have family stay. It served as staging area for a daughter’s wedding. The home is beautifully maintained with amenities too many to list.

Beautiful property
Clean, beautiful property in a pear orchard with ample space for a large family group. Beds are comfortable, fireplace is cozy, views are outstanding. Minor concerns were responded to promptly and resolved with aplomb. Thank you for helping make our vacation special!

The setting for the house is amazing. In the heart of a pear orchard. An outstanding view of both Mt.’s Adams and Hood. Well equipped and great for large families and entertaining. A little tired, could do with a refresh. Overall great.

Wonderful stay
Loved our stay at this property. Lots of space for everyone in our group of 9 plus the 3 small pets. I think pictures don't do justice. Very comfortable home. Everything was superb. My only complaint is the cookware. It would be nice if owner replaced the cookware.
