It was a good fit but it wasn’t cleaned properly
It was a great fit for our family, especially the parking. There was plenty of sleeping options and the air mattress came in handy so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. CON: There was hair all over the place, in the bathroom, on the floor throughout and even on the bed. It was disgusting. Also they only provided towels for 4 but not for the 5th guest.

Nice condo and location
We enjoyed staying at this condo as it was close to everything we wanted to do and see while in Hawaii. Easy access to the highways was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. I had to dust everything, including the thick layer of dust off the walls in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen stink was so dirty and the drying rack for the dishes was down right disgusting. I also had to sweep the floor because we could feel the sand and dirt as we walked. Once the condo was clean to our standards we had a great stay. We really liked that the condo was equipped with beach essentials for us to borrow.

Convenient City Location
My son, two grandchildren and I enjoyed staying here as a base for visiting Honolulu attractions and Oahu beaches. It was a unique experience for the kids; being in nice high rise lodgings with a spectacular view. My grandson loved the Murphy bed. There were plenty of places to get take out and Safeway is nearby for fruit, snacks and sandwich fixings. The kitchen is limited as to being able to prepare meals. The only condiments are salt and pepper and garlic salt. There was no dish towel either. Warning! Once you retrieve the key fob from the lock box, carry it with you at all times! We inadvertently left the key on the table to go and retrieve suitcases from the car and were locked out. The fob is required for the elevator access to the floor. The condo worked very well for us and I highly recommend it.

Great view and functional
Great view from bedroom which was quite spacey. Clean and functional although a bit impersonal. Tight staying 5 people if you are on a longer journey and have luggage, as there were not much storage facitilies, shelbes, hooks etc. Very convenient with the parking lot, and the extra beach stuff was very appreciated especially the chairs. Communication was good.

A perfect spot for families
We absolutely loved this VRBO! It had everything we needed to enjoy our mini vacation to see our Adult children and 7 Grandchildren who all live within 10 minutes from where we were. We were also thrilled with the thought of how they had everything thought of down to the beach cart and toys. I can't thank them enough. One of our Granddaughters is in the hospital nearby so we were so close and could visit her with ease. 711, Ross, the Asian market, and 24 hour fitness was right downstairs which made our trip so convenient. If you have a family this is the spot. Thank You so very much.

Our family vacation
This is our first time to use Vrbo and the check in process was a bit frustrating. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the suite was not quite ready yet so we have to wait in the lobby after a long flight. The housekeeper was very helpful though and he tried his best to prepare the suite for us as soon as he can. This is an old building located in downtown Honolulu, close to Chinatown and location is not that great. But, the suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s just weird that the murphy bed was located by the foyer/entrance door and it’s hard to go in and out when someone is already in bed. The 5 piece sectional sofa was quite worn and lots of stain, and would have been better to have a nice sturdy sofa bed. Everything you need is available like beach umbrellas/chairs if you want to go and relax in the beach. Parking and wifi was a plus. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Family vacation
This place worked great for our family of six. It was comfortable and nice to hang out after our long days out and about. The location has easy access to the freeways to get all over the island. The property manager was great and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed staying here.

Family of 6 Comfortable Stay
Perfect location for Great Aloha Run!! 2 blocks from the starting line! Pack n Play with clean sheet was available in unit - a big plus for us with our 2 y/o. Although I asked ahead of time and was told it wasn’t in unit. Also had a white noise machine, comfortable air mattress and Murphy bed. Appreciated the kitchen area and coffee. I would stay here again and recommend this place.

The property is on a high floor of a high rise building in the downtown business area and near historic Honolulu sites. The unit was clean, well furnished, and has a nice view. Nearby restaurants for dinner are limited, especially on weekends, but there are more good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The check-in and parking worked as described, but were complex and error prone. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you are trying to avoid the Waikiki area.

Great vacation home away from home
We stayed in another unit at the Executive Center on our last Hawaiian trip in 2019. I liked the location so much that I booked this place as soon as I came across it and read the reviews. This unit was a great fit for our family. We liked the fact that it was bright and had a nice clean updated look. The cleanliness, the space, the views, location, kitchen and especially the in-unit washer and dryer were all huge bonuses for us. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evenings or when we didn’t visit the beach. It’s a 10-15 min drive to Ala Moana and Waikiki Beach, 15 min drive to airport, 10-12 min drive to a very large Walmart, just a few min away from a Safeway, around the corner from Ross Dress For Less, 7-Eleven downstairs…seriously, you can’t beat the location. Would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and absolutely would love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Best Place to Stay In Honolulu!
This was absolutely the best place to state for our week long vacation in Honolulu. Everything we did within the city was so close to us. It was very clean and accommodating for 5 adults and a toddler. We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend this location. The property manager was very responsive to all inquiries regardless of the day of the week. 5 out of 5 stars!

The property had everything we needed! dishes, utensils, condiments, trash bags, beach towels, beach toys, foldable chairs, wagon, boogie boards, you name it! they have it! they even had a collapsible play pen for my toddler and it made things so much easier for us. and if i had to add something that I'd need, it would have to be a walker for my toddler. but i wouldn't expect anyone to have that, honestly. other than that, this property was beyond 5 stars. will most likely stay there again.

Great Location to see and do a lot
The condo was on the 36th floor of the Executive Center. It was close to the H1 so we could get out and explore the island. Our kids (15, 13 and 11) enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day of exploring. We enjoyed being able to make breakfast in the condo before heading out for the day. We walked to the luau at the Aloha Tower one night and Walmart is just a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay!
