This was the worst service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property.
From check-in, the staff were unhelpful and negative — almost everything I asked was answered with “No.”
The room was minimally cleaned, poorly lit, and faced a noisy building right across the street.
But the worst part happened at checkout.
I told the male manager earlier that morning that I might be about 20 minutes late since I had to pick up a rental car just 5 minutes away. Despite that, at 10 a.m. I started getting multiple texts from the hotel. When I returned, the male manager was shouting, threatening to call the police and saying he would remove my luggage.
In front of my child, he even mocked me in my native language to ‘shut up’, threw a broken box at me, and told me to pack and leave immediately.
Another staff member apologized, but that manager never did.
To make it worse, the pool was suddenly closed for construction with no prior notice.
I had zero positive memories from this hotel. Completely unacceptable experience.
