Aloha al paraíso, este estudio es acogedor, encantador, cómodo y ubicado en un piso alto con una vista panorámica del océano y la cabeza de diamante. Recientemente renovado con todos los muebles nuevos. Estamos ubicados frente al parque Fort Derussy y Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. Estás a pocos pasos de la playa, el centro comercial Ala Moana, restaurantes y la famosa franja de Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd). La ubicación de este estudio está perfectamente ubicada, lo suficientemente cerca de la concurrida vida nocturna y las compras de Waikiki, ¡pero lo suficientemente lejos como para no estar rodeada de personas todo el día! Awesome!
The place is smaller than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and has what I needed. The location cannot be beaten since it was close to Waikiki and Ala Moana. Walking distance. Superb experience and communication with Mike property owner. Mike was helpful, prompt and clear communication. Highly recommends Mike’s place and will book with him again for future stays.

Great location for Waikiki - on the bus route from the airport, a few minutes walk from the nearedt beach, grrat for the shopping streets. Well equipped studio. Clean and tidy. Good yo have a laundry on site too. Beach chairs provided were helpful. Unfortunately the area is very expensive so you don't get a lot of space for ypur money, and buying groceries to cook is very costly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exceptional studio from 10/04 to 10/07, having a truly wonderful experience! The studio surpassed our expectations: modern, clean and pest-free (contrary to a previous review). Its ideal location made exploring nearby attractions effortless. The listing descriptions and photos accurately reflected the property. Our outstanding host provided prompt responses and clear, easy-to-follow check-in/check-out instructions. The option to reserve a parking space for our whole our stay in advance was convenient bonus. Quick visit with friends and exploration of Honolulu
Great location! Walking distance to many great spots and a quick Uber to Pearl Harbor. Walking distance (2miles) to Waikiki Beach. Simple but adequate accommodations for my sister and I. We were really only in the apt to sleep and shower. Hosts communications were clear and easy. Overall a super stay!!!

The host was communicative and assisted with parking and was very responsive. The studio apartment had all the essentials and is in a convenient location. The negatives are that the building seems to be quite old and the hallway to the apartment had a very unpleasant odor. There were also a number of cockroaches in the condo that we had to dispose of during our stay.

3 Days of Cozy
We stayed 3 nights in this unit. I’d definitely stay there again. Checkin was a little off-setting (sketchy looking hostel next door, out-dated building). But once in our room, everything was just as stated. Room was small but clean and with a great view. Bed was super comfy. Window air conditioner worked great. As others have said, there was street noise but no more than I’d expect in a city. The location was perfect! Across from HHV and a short walk from a food truck park, lots of shopping, restaurants and beautiful WAIKIKI beaches. Communication with Mike T was prompt and very helpful. Perhaps the best part of our visit was parking…Arranged by Mike T, onsite, 24/7 security and a fraction of the cost charged at other hotels. This property is great for the price. If you’re looking for glitz, luxury and pampering, go elsewhere. If you want a clean space to lay your head at night after days of Hawaii adventuring, right in the heart of Waikiki, this place is for you.

Ala Moana condo
The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is in the middle of a lot of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Because it is on Ala Moana Blvd it is a bit noisy at times. We had a problem at check in with someone in our reserved parking lot, so we had to wait an hour past wanting to check in. Mike was very responsive to communication and man at desk was helpful and very nice. It’s a small unit, but for the two of us for a short stay it was fine. The coffee pot did not work well and we had to buy our own coffee as none was provided.

This condo has one of the best views in Oahu. The place is very worth the price as it has all the amenities you need for an awesome stay in Hawaii. I also appreciate Mike for accommodating our parking so that we dont have to find a parking garage which is very pricey in Hawaii. I also like that there is laundry in the premises. You can even swim in the pool while waiting for laundry! The area is also in the nice part of Waikiki where there are shops and restaurants around. I cannot recommend this enough and will definitely be reserving this place again if ever I am back in Hawaii.

Great studio!
Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.
