Really great stay!!
Our stay at this property was amazing. Everything was perfect. Very cozy house. Nice pool and pool area. Big property, with fire pit. Great communication with the host. Overall, our stay was awesome! We would and probably will stay here again when we go back.

Amazing family home holiday getaway location
Scallop season started on July 1st so my family and I decided to rent a place close enough to the Crystal River and Homosassa for the 4th of July. This cozy home offered everything we could want plus all the comforts you could ask for your family. The neighborhood and backyard offered a peaceful relaxing fenced in environment for family with a pool and screen room to play games. Located 10 minutes from the Freezer on the river where we met our boat captain to go scalloping and 15 minutes from Crystal River this was a perfect location for our little getaway! Our host was very helpful and communicative before and after our visit. We needed a place that accepted our two dogs which ruled out a lot of places, but the fenced in yard was really great to let them out worry free. We highly recommend this cozy little home for your next Homosassa /Crystal River family vacation!

Memorial Vacation
Every year around Memorial Day, we take a family trip to Remember our daughter that passed away 5 years ago. And this week we had the best time considering the reason. This house gives the best summer vibes. Everything was decorated so cute and it was perfect for our family. The location is perfect and about 10 min from everything we needed. The homeowner, Cindy is such a sweet lady. And checked on us the whole time. Answered any questions i had and we were always in touch from the very beginning. The backyard and pool is a perfect area for BBQ fun. I look forward to booking this property again in the future. This property had everything we needed and more. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for sight seeing, shopping, and going out to eat. We will definitely return! 💯 The host is super! She had excellent communication! I thought that I had already submitted.

Great getaway for the family with young children
Cindy was wonderful. Her communication and attentiveness couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and very well stocked for anything we needed. She had the house decorated beautifully, including some Easter decorations to make it feel like home. We had our three young children with us and they loved the pool. This house was a perfect space for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. If we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time. The house was so charming and very clean..Location was great, close to everything and we loved the backyard and pool. The host was very friendly and recommended some great local spots that we tried and they we are really fun and the food was so good.. Great Visit with our Florida Grandchildren
Everything was perfect! The Home was Super Clean and So Charming, we were greeted by our Super Host and a basket full of delicious Treats for the family to enjoy. The neighborhood was nice and quite and in a great area. We will Definitely Book again!!!! The Grandkids loved the big open rooms and especially the nice pool. It was perfect for our visit with the 3 Florida Grandkids. Nash Family from Georgia 🙂

Homosassa visit
Our host was very good at responding to our questions. She was proactive giving us information about things to do in the area. The house was neat and comfortable to live in. We were about 10 minutes from the sites, tours, restaurants we wanted to visit. It was all around a very pleasant experience. The pool was definitely a plus. I will highly recommend this property and host to my friends.

Checked all my boxes.
Lovley home everything we needed.the yard and the fire pit was huge, the pool was a little cold ,but overall great stay and Cindy was great! There was 1 spot between the chain link fence and the vinyl fence that my dog got out so that should be fixed. Thanks again. Kara M.

Amazing week!
I came with my family (husband, two teens and grandparents). It was amazing house. The pull out couch and extra sofa in the bonus room were perfect for our two teens. The pool was wonderful and we spent many hours there. The host, Cindy was so welcoming! She responded quickly to any questions we had and made awesome suggestions for things to do. Will come back and recommend the listing!!!

Great Host! Great House! Great Stay !
This home is nicely decorated with ample space to enjoy with family and friends. The screened in porch was great and the gas grill and fire pit got a lot of use during our visit. The pool area was nice but unfortunately it was too cool to use. The beds were comfortable and loved the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The house is well equipped with everything you may need for your stay and is located on a quiet street but close to several local attractions and stores. The hosts were great and checked in with us to make sure there was nothing we needed. It felt just like home the moment we walked in the front door and plan on staying there again when we are in the area.
