Actualizado 2 dormitorios 2 baños, con nueva cocina y todos los muebles. Perfecto para 2 parejas o una familia pequeña. Ambos sofás se abren a una cama que le da zona de dormir extra. TV en todas las habitaciones, toallas, toallas de playa, ropa de cama, etc

Vacation rental
House was perfect . Very clean and great location . Plenty of cooking supplies for nights you want to cook. Very good communication with owner quick to respond to any questions . A+ no complaints ! Will definitely rent again. Made a perfect vacation !!

Great property!
Very nice property with open floor plan. Right across the street from the public beach so easy access. Nice view from the balcony as well. Worked great for our family. A little busy on the street but we expected that. Host had great communication.

Nice property in great location. Convenient access to beach and centrally located in Holmes beach. Our only issue was traffic in the area which is to be expected during peak season. Really enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was a plus. We would definitely be interested in staying again if we travel back to the area.

Excellent
We loved it!! The condo was beautiful & clean! There was everything you could possibly need there. Kitchen was stocked with tons of cooking utensils, bathrooms had more then enough towels, in the garage there was tons of beach items to use; cooler, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, even sand toys for kids & ping pong table. Property is directly across the street which we were very grateful for due to watching everyone trying to find a parking spot, we just walked right to the beach with all the gear in a wagon. I did forget to mention the bed…Omgosh it’s soooo comfortable, we slept like babies! Communication with the host was great! She replied right away any time I contacted her and very sweet! We will 100% stay here again!! You cannot go wrong with this home!! Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!❤️

Great location
The host was very responsive and helpful. Location is just as states. The road is busy, but you don’t really hear it in the condo or bedrooms. Its also a slow speed road so , that helps. The beach is right across the street at a public parking lot. The trolly is also there! It was a nice spacious place for our vacation. If you plan on doing cooking … take inventory of supplies in the rental first, before heading to the store….. you will need spices, seasonings, salt , pepper, basic cooking supplies and containers…. The description of the rental is all accurate. I would recommend staying here.

Great location and large space
Large windows with view of the beach and ocean, large balcony, great location across the beach just walk through parking lot, large living room, good size bathrooms, all needed kitchen supplies. Love it! Thank you very much!

Enjoyed the stay
The property was as described and the owner was more than gracious to assist with a request. Having never been to Anna Marie Island I was unsure of the location. It is on a busy section but nothing distracting.

Spring Break Trip
The space is beautiful and very spacious. All amenities were available and even extras like laundry soap, cooking oil and coffee were there to get us through the first part of our stay. The location is great for convenient access to the beach. It is on a busy corner but not noisy in the bedrooms. The front deck was used the most as it’s shaded in the morning and a perfect sunset view in the evening. Stores for groceries and pharmacy were walkable distance and don’t miss out on Skinny’s on the corner for fast food and frosty mugs.

Loved Anna Maria Island
The property was as advertised, centrally located and an easy walk to Manatee Beach. The place had everything we needed. It also offered a beach buggy, umbrellas and chairs, all of which was greatly appreciated. We’d stay here again.

Amazing space and location
Perfect location across from beach. Condo was spacious. Great kitchen area and island. Beds comfortable and good space. Loved having 2 bathrooms with showers too. Use of wagon and beach chairs and beach towels was really great too! Loved the balcony decks at beginning and end of day. Host was quick to reply to any query. Good space for parking. Beautifully landscaped entranceway made for great pics. We would definitely recommend and will return to Anna Maria Island 💕

Fun In The Sun
Very bright and comfortable home that we enjoyed immensely! Lots to see and do in the area. Definitely recommend a stay at this property. Property is directly on a very busy road but once inside it’s fairly quiet. Could use some additional pots and pans but overall an excellent stay!

Holmes Beach Rental
Nice place to stay. Convenient location, easy access to beach. On a VERY busy street! If you are looking to relax at home it would not be the place due to the street noise. Otherwise it is a lovely condo! Host is very responsive to needs. Central location to restaurants and shopping.

Nice place to stay
Its a nice place. You should know its a 3rd floor walkup so, you need to transport all your things up 2 flights of stairs. Had some trouble getting the gas grill to light. They may just need to replace the battery in the ignitor and clean the grill, the cleaners should put that on their list. The driveway is on a busy street so, it takes time to back out.

Perfect location and views
This unit has perfect views and great location! Right across from the beach. The unit itself needs some work. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. Overall experience was good but the unit does need newer furnishings and updates. It was not as clean as I expected either

Great vacation week
We had a great time. Location is great if you have older children. The street is VERY busy so would be hard with littles. The beach is visible from the window upstairs and we really enjoyed having coffee looking at the beach. We got up early a few mornings to look for shells before the tide changed and it was easy to walk over. Manatee Beach is great for grabbing food quickly and enjoying fun at the beach. There was ALOT of people there so again, it would be hard with littles if you worry they run off. Owners were responsive and very nice. My only issue would be that if I would have planned to cook more, it would have been difficult with the pans. TONS of plates and glasses, but very little to actually cooking meals in. The place is in desperate need for more skillets. It was also lovely to be near Publix to restock when needed. We had a golf cart delivered so we were able to get around for supplies and fun easily.

Could use a thorough cleaning and repair of items along with replacement of certain furniture. Bed wad addressed in previous comments but still not fixed. Minor repairs through out need to be addressed.

Beautiful sunsets
We loved the convenient location of the house, but it is on a very busy, loud road. Previous reviews mentioned the sagging king mattress which was very uncomfortable. We had hoped it would have been taken care of but wasn’t. There were several burnt out lights bulbs in the light fixtures, which made the place seem quite dark. The host was very kind in letting us check in early since we had an early morning flight. All in all the duplex was fine but could definitely use a little TLC. Anna Maria Island was wonderful and we hope to come back soon.

Absolutely Perfect !!!
The condo is in the perfect location with a balcony view of the beach …. Beautiful sunsets and the perfect spot for your morning coffee !!! Able to walk to many of the shops, restaurants and bars. The condo is nicely furnished and was very clean and well stocked. Super easy check in and out. Thank you Parvaneh for everything…. We will definitely be back 💕💕

Absolutely beautiful condo
This condo was extremely clean, very roomy and so beautiful. The natural light in this place is so calming . The steps were a bit challenging, especially with luggage and might be too much for renters with limited mobility. But for my husband and I, both in our 60's, we were fine. The bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle, I slept fine but probably needs replaced. Parvaneh was always quick to respond, she replaced beach chairs our last day and we had already rented two but Parvaneh graciously reimbursed us. Thanks so much! The ping pong table was fun on the rainy day that we had. The washer and dryer worked great and were a big convenience. Overall we loved this place so much and miss it already.
