“We always stay at Charleston Ocean Villas when we come to Folly Beach. We love that all the condos are oceanfront and we can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Charleston is only about a 15 minute drive. You can keep as busy as you want or do nothing but walk the beach. We usually come off season - we have visited in January, March and October. We look forwarding to our next trip to Folly Beach and Charleston Ocean Villas. ”

“All four of us on our annual girls trip decided this was the best property we have stayed at yet. Cozy, yet spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the little sitting area that looked out at the pond. We were graced with the presence of an Osprey who visited the same branch in the same tree several times day during our entire stay. We named him Oscar. Definitely on our repeat list!”

“We had a great family weekend staying here!! We walked in and it was well decorated and so clean! Lots of spices and kitchen essentials were stocked, so we ate breakfast and lunch in! We were under extreme heat advisory and the air conditioner had no trouble keeping up, so we relaxed and slept comfortably. The deck view was so peaceful overlooking the golf course.
