Our 4th year at this property in Surf City - and easily our favorite week of the year. The property is fantastic. Great location, all the amenities required for a relaxing vacation, and the best hosts we've ever encountered from a rental property!

One of the best, most perfect for our family, beach houses we have ever had the pleasure to stay in! We’ve been coming to Topsail Island for over 20 years. . . With the stage in life my family is in now this house and location in Surf City, worked beautifully for us! My older Mom was able to “live” on the top floor with her own room, bathroom and kitchen and spent her days reading on the porch while enjoying an ocean view. My 18, 23 and 26 year old “children” (and us older kids) were able to walk to Surf City for lunches and nightlife. The house is also the perfect distance to walk the bridge every morning! Make sure to do some funny walking when passing the Little Loggerhead house on your way! The house was so clean and nicely decorated. Jill and Joe are so kind and responsive to messages. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Family Vacay

We had a great family beach vacation at this house! It was very clean upon arrival and we could tell has been well taken care of. We had one small maintenance problem and the owners were quick to respond/fix the issue with no hassle. We had 2 families of 5 and were able to spread out for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and we had plenty of room to eat and relax. The beach was beautiful, not crowded, and easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks to Joe and Jill!

Amazing beach house

This was the perfect house for our Surf City vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of seating for our group in the living room and at the kitchen table, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. We loved having a puzzle table and the wet bar was awesome. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place to Stay

The property was well appointed. Location was excellent. Spacious areas for socializing and sleeping. Kitchen was well appointed. Appliances all relatively new and in excellent working order. We all had a great time.

Fabulous Beach House

I take my family every year to Topsail as I grew up spending summers there. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed. Easy access across the street for the ocean. Perfect hosts! I highly recommend!

Best in class

Incredible property with owners who couldn't be more accommodating and attentive. This was the 3rd year for our crew of 2 families of 5 staying at this property. You can't beat the location across from the beach and easy walking distance into town (especially Shaka Taco and Sea Blue Ice Cream!). The house is in great shape and has all the amenties you need. And if there happen to be any challenges in the home (we've only has 1 in 3 years), the owners are on top of it immediately! Highly, highly recommend!

Loved Loggerhead Landing!

We had a great vacation at Loggerhead Landing in Surf City, NC. Our hosts were lovely and communicated well. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need. Appreciated being close to the beach and had an ocean view from the top deck. There is an easy check in process, private outside shower, bikes, beach chairs, grill, sand toys for kids. It's a short walk to town to pick up something at the mart, get coffee and donuts, ice cream, etc. The Surf City Pier is close for walking or fishing. The kids enjoyed visiting the Touch Tank Aquarium, Sea Turtle Hospital, and nearby Soundside Park. Thank you, Jill and Joe!

Perfect beach house

Our family had a wonderful time at Loggerhead Landing beach house.The location is so convenient to everything and the house was ideal. The grandkids especially loved the video game table, and the adults relaxed with books, puzzles and movies. Daily walks on the beach and over the bridge we’re glorious.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great time and the home was all we had hoped for! Excellent location for beach access and walks to local restaurants and shops. All eight of us would love to return and do it again. Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at this property. You can’t beat the location and the living spaces are beautiful! We traveled with a baby and it was so convient being across the street from the beach. They also already had baby gates and a pack and play which made traveling so easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect house for a perfect vacation. The location could not have more perfect and the house was beautiful! The grill was not working so we contacted the owners and they had a brand new grill to us within the hour!!!! Thank you SO much! The bikes, corn hole and all the water toys were also a huge hit! Walking into town was easy and we loved Surf City!! We hope to be back again soon.
