Beautiful Home!
Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views of lake and surrounding area. Lots of space with 2 living areas and nice deck off main floor with table for at least eight. Enjoyed the hot tub and sectional that walks out from the downstairs. Adam was wonderful to work with. 6 retired ladies had a very relaxing time and enjoyed having our own big bedrooms & baths.

Our favorite VRBO house so far
10 out of 10. Would totally recommend. Great house. Great use of space. The beds are super comfy. The Blackstone grill was a bonus and we cooked breakfast for 7 on it. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Great family vacation
Fantastic! This was our first visit to the Branson area and we were beyond impressed with this home away from home! The location was perfect with access to Branson, Springfield and big cedar lodge. We had a family of 14 staying in the home and every couple had their own rooms with private bathrooms and plenty of household items available for everyone! The home had a beautiful view of the lake and super easy access to the pool! Very well decorated, stocked and cleaned! We will be back again!

My family and I have stayed at my properties in Branson and we loved this one! Location on property was great because you are right across from the pool and have nobody behind you! Also location in town was great there was so much to do around you! Also loved how close access was too the lake and the small market in town.

Staycation with a VIEW for the win!
We usually host family coming to town, however, this year they all came at the same time. I was surprised to find a great rate for a unit that could accommodate 6 adults, 2 adult children as well as kids from 17 down to 2… oh my. The view was fantastic! The kids kept busy from the pool just steps away to ping pong and more. We all enjoyed the hot tub. I can’t thank our host enough- and they stayed in contact making sure we had what we needed. Our fam has decided to make it an annual trip!

Great stay
We had 14 in our party and the set up was perfect for us! House was fully stocked, which was great! Kitchen was a full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, regular coffee pot with filters and keurig, ice machine didn't work well so we bought ice, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, napkins (could have used 1 more roll with 14 people), some spices, etc. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We could have used 2 towels per person because we were having to wash towels each day (1 per person was supplied). Bring your beach towels for the pool and hot tub! Laundry room had laundry pods and dryer sheets. VRBO description says barbeque grill, but it's a Blackstone. We bought something for the grill but made it work on the Blackstone! Everyone loved the hot tub! Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Our bare feet got dirty the first night so we wore shoes after that. The local contact had to come change our bedding because it was stained (some blood and oily stains). She was very nice about it and kept apologizing. She said it was a new cleaning company that wasn't doing the best job and they were addressing the issue. Overall, great trip! The positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot!

The property was everything we hoped for. Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Spacious bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Adam and his staff were very responsive to all our questions. My entire family loved it.

Very nice house!
What a great property! We had 14 family members spend several days there celebrating my retirement. Very clean property except for mold on the shower curtain adjacent to the north bedroom upstairs. That bedroom also had a broken window when we arrived. Great space for a large family with a well appointed kitchen (although more silverware would have been nice). We would definitely stay there again!

Best impression
Our stay was exceptional! My parents were extremely impressed with the house and its amenities, and they loved showing it off to our relatives who flew in from other states. We came for our brother's wedding, and this place was spacious enough to accommodate our large family and host a family gathering, especially since the rest of the relatives had hotel rooms. It was the best stay we've ever had; I wish more hosts were like this. Adam was incredibly attentive and accommodated our late check-out due to a flight delay. We give this place a 15/10!

Great home and layout for 12 of us
The home had a great layout and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. That being said we did not cook anything on this trip but that is something we always look for when we first arrive. The beds were comfortable and with 12 people all taking showers at the same time, we never ran out of hot water. We would stay there again in a heart beat!
