Sabemos que disfrutará de su estancia en nuestra hermosa 3800 pies cuadrados. Saugatuck casa en 3. 3 hectáreas a sólo 8 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Esta casa cuenta con techos abovedados, un gran porche delantero, y un sótano lleno de actividades para todas las edades. Las camas más grandes tienen todos los nuevos colchones de lujo y las literas tienen colchones de espuma de memoria cómoda. Todas las camas tienen ropa de cama suave de algodón egipcio.

Si tiene ganas de asar a la parrilla, hay una parrilla de gas natural ubicada en el patio trasero, junto con un patio con 2 mesas con capacidad para 12.

Girls getaway

Family Friendly Property
I stayed 7 days with my extended family and had a wonderful time! The kids (ranging 3-9) loved all the games downstairs and the backyard was wonderful for them to play in. Location is central to all the activities we had planned as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Great home for family vacation
House had everything that was listed. The dishwasher broke down the third day and the owner sent out a repairman that day but it needed a new part that could not be obtained until our visit was over. We were given a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone enjoyed the pond, theater, air hockey, ping pong, etc. We hope that we will be able to rent this house again.

This home truly feels like a home. Plenty of room for a larger family. Paul and his wife provide many extra small amenities which are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful property and short drive to Saugatuck and Holland. Comfortably slept our three families. We all enjoyed the game room and theater! Good Times
This is what you call a vacation. There is plenty of space for 3 families. Kids had lots of fun with the spacious land. Activities in the basement. Adults enjoyed the catch up time in the quiet neighborhood with drinks and bonfire.

This property was an amazing rental! Lots of room to spread out. Everything was neat, clean and organized. Relaxing Getaway
What a treat this place was for our family! Nestled in the woods, this home served as such a rest and replenishment for us from the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives. We enjoyed the quiet, sounds of the pond and creek and walks on the private trails. The game room, movie theater and hot tub were a huge plus. The well stocked home had everything you would need with lots of room. You will have to travel to the next town for groceries but that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place
This place was great! We had a guys golf weekend and this house easily held 10 adult guys. While we were not golfing there wasn’t a lack of things to keep us busy. From ping pong, movie room to the large outdoor space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the lake shore but also have your own space!

Great girls trip!
This house was perfect for our girls trip! The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of areas for us to gather. We loved the theater setup, hot tub and fire pit. The location was ideal for visiting downtown Saugatuck and wine tasting. We will definitely be back if we do another trip to SW Michigan!

Great getaway!
This house was wonderful, overall. The hot tub was clean and easily accessible, the basement was great with its theater seating, pool table and, pop-a-shot. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows and linens. Very clean as well!

Fun and serene!
We had a wonderful weekend. This home is very clean and well maintained. Our kids had so much fun in the game room and watching movies in the basement theater. They had fun walking the trails on the property and seeing lots of deer in the backyard early in the morning. The owners were very accommodating and instructions for the home were very clear. We have stayed at several different VRBO’s in the area and this one is our favorite so far. We will definitely be back!

The BEST most welcoming home feeling !!!! This week stay was a first trip away from our new petting zoo ( Over the Rainbow Zootopia ) we are a Non-Profit Petting Zoo that just started in Eaton Rapids Mi in January 2023. This stay for the Zoo crew was the greatest time we have had. Will be booking more time there soon.

Beautiful House
We went there for Fall get together. House was wonderful and even we get to see Fall color's all around house. There is a small trail in the woods as well. Hot tub was properly working and even they have projector in the basement and Pool table, table tennis table as well. I would recommend if you are having get to together and want to spend time without any disturbance. Owner was also responsive and there was clear communication and instructions all over the house.

Great!
This was a great place to stay! Very clean with tons of things to do both inside and out. Our group had 6 adults and 12 kids aged 10 and under. There was plenty of room for all of us especially with the large basement to play in. The kids loved walking the paths in the woods and fishing in the pond. We went on two great hikes that were only a 15 minute drive away. Highly recommend the “Crow’s Nest” hiking trail which is just a half mile north of Mt Bald Head stairs.

A Must Stay!
What a beautiful, clean, and well supplied home! Took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit and the relaxing sounds of the fountain in the pond. The lower level has lots to entertain and love. Perfect home for families with kids and young adults and just a short drive to town. Great home!

This was our third time staying here and loved it again! We had 14 people people 8 adults and 6 kids and felt like we had plenty of space. The basement was absolutely perfect for the kiddos. We loved it and plan on staying again!
