Quiet neighborhood…convenient to parks and Ottawa Beach. Excellent customer service from property management. Nice property…well-appointed kitchen…good patio. Could be a great property with a few changes!

All beach equipment available, very clean, property had comfy beds. Saw quite a few spiders but not too bothersome, somewhat dated interior, good for our needs though.

Great house and location
This property has everything we needed and plenty of room for guests and our bicycles. Easy to get to beach and parks, quiet neighborhood. A bit pricey but I would stay here again and recommend.

Great experience!
I brought my family of 4 here and had a great stay. We had a problem with the washing machine and they responded and fixed the issue quickly. If you're coming from out of state, the Holland area is lovely. I'm from Michigan originally but I'm not very familiar with the west side of the state. The beaches are great, and this place is just like a 10 minute walk to Tunnel beach. Highly recommend!!

Holland Stay
We stayed at the property for a wedding in Zeeland and for the proximity to the wedding venue. We also enjoyed the proximity to Lake Michigan. Everyone liked the property.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, great location for us
We found the house to be as described. It was clean and well supplied. The generous amounts of consumable items like laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc were appreciated. Also enjoyed having plenty of bath towels and beach towels included. Other positives: Very fast internet connection Bikes, we brought our own, but the included bikes were typical consumer bikes like Schwinn, roadmaster and in very good shape. Use of the garage and remote Backyard and fire pit feel very private Great location, we rode our bikes everyday to tunnel beach or Ottawa beach and just around the many trails Could be better: Living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable Some of the carpets could use a deep cleaning Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would stay there again

Holland Getaway
This property was a great location for seeing Holland and Saugatuck. We were able to experience the sights and attractions that both towns had to offer. The house had plenty of room for us to enjoy leisurely mornings and evenings after a full day out and about. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying s'mores around the firepit.

Family Reunion
This property was a great place to reconnect with family. It was very clean. We loved using the bikes to explore the neighborhood and Lake Michigan. It's close to the lake, that was the best part. Would stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend
Myself and three friends vacationed here over the Labor Day holiday for a Bachelorette Party weekend. The property is in a residential area, very quiet and conveniently located to Tunnel Park. The property is a short drive (20 minutes) to Downtown Holland, Saugutuck, and Douglas. This property affords you ample space for leisure and leaves you feeling at home. We had beautiful weather to enjoy the sprawling outdoor space in the back. Would strongly suggest having your morning coffee in the sunroom or on the back deck and enjoying the privacy and sounds of nature! Would definitely go back for another stay in the future.

Great rental property
Great property, walking distance to tunnel beach, great with 2 small kids. Basement area they could run around and play in with some toys and games. Short drive to downtown Holland. Sunroom was nice during the day but would not be great for a bedroom as there are no curtains to block out the light.

Good location & stay for the family
The property was good overall. Pretty clean and good location. Couple things that were advertised incorrectly is the size of the beds. It stated there is 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins beds. There definitely wasn’t a king bed in this house. Was a queen or smaller. Also communication with the mgmt company was difficult. Took a long time to respond. But overall it was a good place to stay. Loved the sun room and backyard was great too with the fire pit.

Lovely Home
Our family had a wonderful experience at this lovely home. It was walking distance to Tunnel Park and a short drive to the state park and downtown. It allowed our teenage kids to enjoy the beach while my husband and I read a book or took a nap. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Nice Weekend Getaway
House had everything we needed to enjoy a nice weekend getaway. I’d definite be willing to come back for another stay. Note that the garage has 3 adult bikes and 1 child’s bike. Bring your own coffee filters.

Good Home Base Location
The house was perfectly situated as a home base for our day trips, was well equipped, safe and secure. The only thing of note we found was you have to use the deck with care as the chair legs perfectly fit between the wood slats if not situated properly.

Perfect summer getaway for our family!
Plenty of room for our family of 5...house had all we needed. Great firepit...kids loved the foosball table in the basement. Only a 1/2 mile walk to Tunnel Beach which was doable with small kiddos. One small recommendation - curtains in the first floor bedroom are a must!!! There are (loosely) woven roll up shades, but they do absolutely nothing to block out the sun first thing in the morning. Also, a list of what the house has would be helpful pre- check in....items like beach towels, bikes, coffee filters...a lot of items that people haul along that they otherwise wouldn't need to.

Great family vacation
Nice, comfortable home for our family. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Many bike rides to Tunnel Park and Holland State Park. Only issue was that would like blinds in the downstairs bedroom that would close for privacy and to keep out early morning light.
