Good size units that are clean, albeit the decor is a bit outdated (remnants of 90s/early 2000 design). The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the property is good value for the money.
The major pitfall was the fact that the property is undergoing exterior renovation, which we were not aware of before arrival. This meant that we were not able to use the balcony, leave the blinds open, nor open the living room door during the entire stay, which defeats the purpose of staying at a service residence. The property did not offer any form of compensation nor shown any gesture.
The pool was nice but there was no shade to rest under after a swim.
The property sits adjacent to the US and French consulates, and there are quite a few local food establishments nearby, along with a mini mart (Aeon Citimart) and a local coffee chain (Phuc Long Coffee) on the first floor of the property. There are also two 24 hour convenience stores (7-11 and Lawson’s) within 50 feet of the property.
We opted not to eat breakfast at the property as we wanted to experience local food, which were plentiful and very affordable.
