“Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. ”

“Unfortunately, none of the rooms are clean, hygienic, or up to the standards. There is seepage in almost all rooms, there is no water supply from 11am till 2pm and one can’t bring their cars to the hotel. This is very inconvenient and we would like to seek your approval to have this reservation cancelled with full refund please. “What we didnt like - strange smell in the rooms, staff pushing all the time to go for buffet meals, getting hot and spicy dishes despite explicitly stating "no chillies", garden was unkempt. Breakfast was decent, chet was quite apologetic about the faux pas with dinner and tried best to make amends.”
