Perfect!
This place was perfect for our trip! Super clean, fantastic location. Sitting on the balcony was such a great way to have our coffee from the shop downstairs and unwind at the end of our days! Would 100 percent come again!

Beautiful well appointed condo in heart of Shelter Cove, walk to good restaurants & shops. Loved 2 balconies, one for sunny morning and one to watch sunset.great people watching, enjoyed electric fireplace on chilly evening. Owner has supplied all one needs and more !

Wonderful location - couldn’t be better. Everything we needed in a well appointed one bedroom. Really liked the extra powder room, the walk-in closet and the big TV. Top notch in our opinion. Happy to recommend it and look forward to coming back. 💕💕💕

No shower!
Shower lever did not work. They sent someone out to look at it and he got it to work for ONE SHOWER! Maintenance man said they needed to call a plumber. They did NOT. So far, day 2 - two people one shower, extensive calls to VACASA. Day 3, another maintenance man came, got it working and got 2 showers before the water ran scalding and it would not turn off. Messaged VACASA at night endlessly. Finally after 40 minutes, I got the shower off. Next day man comes to door and says a plumber was coming. No one ever came back. Last two days we took sink baths as shower never worked again. On the day after check in, I finally was able to get $25 refunded to me. $25 will never cover all of the aggravation and ruination of my evenings without showers! VRBO emailed VACASA, but nothing came of it. More calls from me were never returned by VACASA. So sad that this was the most beautiful condo in the very best location. I thought it would be my every time rental as I go to Hilton Head 4x a year! Never VACASA again

Grat Location and beautiful condo.
The check in process was not easy. We couldn't find the area to enter our condo. Called the helpline number and the representative was trying to help us by google earth. Which was not helpful. We went to the actual VACSA office well before their 5pm close time and it was locked up. We finally figured out after an hour the location of our parking (which we still are not sure if it was right or not). The unit itself was beautiful and in a great location. Our second day there someone from their Maintenace department just walked into our unit unannounced. We did contact Lorna the property manager and she did apologize for the incident happening. But we felt uneasy just leaving our stuff in the unit while we attended a wedding. Overall, the unit was very nice, and we would rent again.

Good Value for the Dollar
We enjoyed our stay. One bedroom condo was nice. Lorna who was our managing contact was great and resolved our problems quickly and she was easy to work with. The condo itself was a bit small especially master bath. Bedroom needs cable since the FreeTV+ was poor. We laughed quite a bit about watching FreeTV+ Mission Impossible 3 every night. Some minor problems but the price and location were very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo in great location
This condo was close to great restaurants and shopping. Beach is within 2 miles, easy walk or bike ride. Condo is very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed ourselves very much. There are 2 gas grills in an area sectioned off in the parking lot with wonderful fresh herbs growing nearby. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head weekend escape
This is a cozy, well appointed 1br condo with two nice balconies with views of the marina and 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer is nice to have if you’re staying more than a few days. Couple of suggestions……could use more than 2 wash cloths in unit, and while there were extra pillows, there were no extra pillowcases. The toilet in master bath would not refill but fortunately had the second one for use. And the bedroom TV indicated an update was needed for cable use which I did not have permissions to complete. All in all a great space in a good location, just a few minor tweaks needed to get 5 stars.

When you stay in the Neptune’s Sunrise unit, you are steps away from restaurants, shops and the marina. The marina walkway is a quiet convenient connector to everything. Thursday evening music is a bonus!
