Esta nueva y remodelada casa junto al mar está a pocos pasos de la playa. Hermosa vista al mar desde su balcón privado y vista a la piscina desde la puerta principal.
Todo en la unidad es nuevo, hasta las sábanas y toallas.
Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes a poca distancia, pero la cocina está totalmente equipada si decide cocinar. Incluye una cafetera Keurig. También hay una barbacoa y mesas de picnic en los jardines.
Ofrecemos una membresía de gimnasio gratuita en el gimnasio del The Players Club (a 2 cuadras) que incluye una piscina cubierta y una bañera de hidromasaje. También hay sillas de playa para su uso.

Great 1BR with balcony and ocean view!
Our stay was wonderful, however, a bit stressful the moment we arrived due to the parking situation. We had 2 cars, so the host told me to park in the garage (so we could double park), as opposed to the regular parking lot. There was no availability to park in the garage, however, the host rectified the situation for us by moving her car out of the garage to let us have it. If you only have one car, you will not have to worry about this. One more thing - there wasn't any ice in the freezer when we arrived. There were 2 ice trays in the freezer, but they were both empty, so we had to go out and buy ice. Even if the 2 ice trays were full, there still wouldn't have been enough ice. I do recommend this unit!

Seaside Villa vacation
We had a great stay. Perfect size for a couple. Very nice deck / furniture with view of the ocean. All the appliances and amenities we needed including nice hotel-type thoughtful touches. Appreciated the bikes / beach chairs so we did not have to bring them. Hosts anticipated our needs and checked how we were doing. Highly recommend.

Great cozy beach vacation unit
Stayed for a week here as a solo parent with my two young children, aged 8 and 10, and the unit really was ideal for this price range. The listing depicts the unit accurately: it is a cozy, basic,1 BR unit that would suit a couple or up to a family of four with young kids. I felt the unit was clean and well-maintained. As depicted in the listing, you have your basic household amenities for a party of four, and admit it, cleaning your own dishes is probably worth the very reasonable rental rate. There's enough of a view of the ocean from the balcony to kick back and enjoy it. As other reviewers have written, the location is fantastic. It's a 4-minute walk from the unit door to the beach via the property's access walkway across the protected dune area. The beach at this location is lovely and massive at low tide, which the kids loved, and still roomy enough when it's in, with firm sand. I didn't personally care for what's obviously a popular local activity, beach biking, but if that's your thing you'll be happy; and people were pretty conscientious about looking out for others. The Coligny Plaza shopping center was just a10-minute walk, with more to do than you'll have time for if you're on the beach every day, a local grocery chain, and several good places to eat. There was even a ceramic-painting cafe in there which the kids loved on our one rainy day. If you want to cook out, there are plenty of charcoal grills available in the center of the property. The location of the property is actually ideal to reach activities on the island, like mini-golf or local tours, all within a 15-20 minute drive. We even hopped the island trolley bus and found that enjoyable, all the schedule info is available online--but remember, you have to tell the driver what stop you want when you get on! Lastly, the unit owner, Ms. Kline, was readily available and responsive by text and email, and very helpful, including with various recommendations for eats. We'd definitely recommend the unit for a great Hilton Head beach vacation for a party/family of four or smaller in this price range.

Had everything we needed. Nice view beach access.
The property is very well run - strict rules which means a very nice presentation. The condo has everything we wanted - beach access/view, bikes, beach gear, nice pool - clean and very quiet. The owner is great and responded promptly to the couple things we needed. We give it 5 stars based on it delivers what the pictures and description show. Would recommend for a couple and even for couple with 1 child. If child would need a bunk "guard" for safety.

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to beach, bike path, and restaurants. My only suggestion was to get a floor lamp to put by chair for people who like to read in the evening.

Weekend getaway
We enjoyed the unit and the bikes on a nice fall weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is limited and cookware wasn’t great, but good enough to make it work. Awesome location, the bikes might have been a little rusty but work on the beach.

Relaxing and Enjoyable
First time at Hilton Head and glad I check out this place! It is walking distance at the beach and close by to many shops. I enjoy my stay that despite the rain, I stay one more extra day! The host was very nice and communicated very well. Highly recommended.

Cute as a button!
This charming, recently renovated condo was PERFECT for my husband & me for a "last-minute decision" get-away from KY for 4 nights. It would be great for a couple with 2 small children as well (2 bunk beds in hallway). Everything we needed was there; we just wish we'd had time to ride the bikes! We walked to our last dinner just past Coligny Plaza. Enjoyed the 2 min walk to beach. Safe area & it was just beautiful.

Comfortable, great beach access
The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Pool was small for the number of units in the building, but the beach was right there and beautiful. You're walking/biking distance to Coligny plaza, too.

Great little condo
I booked this place for a girls trip, my closest friend, and I. It was exactly as advertised. Small but great view of the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how close it was to the beach and how convenient it was to restaurants and other activities. Would highly recommend it but it is small. Perfect for a couple or in our case two friends one who is willing to sleep on the sofa bed.

Outstanding Anniversary Getaway to HHI - August 2023
The Villa was wonderful -- excellent view of the ocean. Everything has been very nicely updated with sea-theme decorations, comfortable bed & sofa-bed, modern water faucet in kitchen, and very neat & clean. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants, groceries, and gift stores. We were easily able to visit nearby areas during our stay. The beach was also within easy walking distance and definitely one of the nicest beaches we've seen. The owner was very responsive and provided excellent communications before, during, and upon leaving our stay. High recommend this property for any couple planning to visit HHI.

Awesome cozy condo
This was a great find after our initial scheduling fell through on one of first choices for a condo. The property manager communicated with us and was very prompt with answers when we had questions. The place was clean and enough room for the three of us. The location was perfect for the 3 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. This was perfect for a 3 day getaway!

A cute cozy condo, we had a little hiccup but the communication was great, and got fixed quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the beach was walking distance,very family friendly and peaceful we enjoyed our time walking through Coligny Plaza. We will definitely be returning.
