Very nice remodel

This unit was recently remodeled. The location, view, interior remodel and other amenities at Villamare made this an ideal spot for our 2-week stay. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a high end unit at Villamare.

Everything was great. Check-in was very smooth. Lovely view. Comfortable furniture. Super comfortable beds. Host responded very quickly to any questions I had. Palmetto Dunes area has a lot to offer. We're already talking about a return trip.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed for 3 weeks in February. The condo was immaculate, well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The ocean view from the living room and both bedrooms was fabulous. The pool area is being refurbished and so far it looks like it will be a big improvement come spring. I would recommend this condo.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location of the unit was perfect with wonderful views of the ocean and new renovations making for a very comfortable stay. The location was great with easy access to the pool, beach, bike rentals, racquet sports and golf courses with many restaurants and shopping easily accessible. We would definitely return again. We would highly recommend the location for a family or any group.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PROPERTY!

I do not normally write reviews, but this property deserves it. In the heart of HHI and close to everything! Breathtaking views, very well appointed, decor was beautiful, furniture was comfortable. Just minutes down to the beach or the pool. Highly recommend this property. We will be back!

As good as advertised!

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures look. The view is fabulous from every room. We love the care that went into renovating and decorating, down to every detail to make this place feel like home. We enjoyed the beach, exercise room, pool and home cooked meals cooked in the kitchen full of amenities. Plenty of fun places to eat and listen to music nearby. We enjoyed everything about this place!

A relaxing getaway

It's actually better in person than the pictures show! Beautiful views and love the privacy of balconies. A very good location. Very family friendly. It also has a very relaxing area to read a book facing the ocean and very quiet.*by the bbq area* which is cleaned daily. Excellent access to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. The beds/pillows towels super comfy. Great kitchen/liv rm and dining area. Very clean.

Perfection

Situated in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes area of HHI, this rental is perfect for romantic beach getaways and small family vacations. This newly-renovated unit is exceptionally decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Views of the ocean, pool, and property are spectacular from the dual balconies and picture windows. Access to the pool and ocean are a breeze given the unit’s proximity to the elevators. Fine dining and shopping are just a stone’s throw. All the “resort” vacation comfort without the hassle of being on a resort! We will most certainly be back!

What a fantastic new ocean view property to rent with all new everything!

What a view!!!!!! This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious and well decorated with brand new furnishings throughout. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals. The recent painting and new owner touches are extremely well done -- the master shower is heavenly. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right near the elevator and trash chute which was incredibly convenient. The free shuttle service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Keith, the property manager was super easy and his response time was very fast. Lastly, the view cannot be beat. It is absolutely the best in the complex. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins jump and various boats go by. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, updated place to stay with direct ocean, beach and pool views while on HHI!
