Great property
Truly enjoyed our stay even though it was during tropical storm Debby. The house was big enough for all of us during the two rainy days and the porch was a blessing so we could at least go outside a bit. David was wonderful in all his communications and checking on us during the storm. Highly recommend!

Feels like home away from home
We love this house, the owner and HHI. We are repeat renters. Dave is always making updates and has all the kid amenities that we need for our grand kids, high chair, porta crib, kids picnic table and lots of pool and beach toys. Home is beautiful and love watching the golfers on Fazzio from the deck..perfect location on the island

10/10 Exceptional, Beautiful Home
Our family, spanning 3 generations, loved everything about this superb home located in a quiet, perfect location. It's an easy walk to the beach and General Store. The very spacious living area provides for the perfect "family time" experience. The well appointed kitchen is wonderful for making family meal preparation easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciate having 2 lg refrigerators with the 2nd one being just steps away from the kitchen in the spacious laundry room. Our son loved using the large outdoor grill on 2 occasions. We all enjoyed relaxing in the nice outdoor pool/spa/ spacious deck area in the evenings. Our grandson's loved the nice "bunk room' for sleeping and also enjoying games and movie time in the bonus "loft" area, perfect for our two 12 yr. olds to have time away from the little ones. All the furnishings in the home are lovely and comfortable. A special "thank you" goes out to Dave who is a wonderful host, making every aspect of the process very easy, and for quickly responding to any question. This was our 3rd year in this outstanding home and we all are looking forward to returning.

Worked great with division of sleeping areas to accommodate both my 37 yr old son and my daughter and family with two children under 5. Master bedroom and bathroom beautiful! Easy access to grocery store etc as well. We actually rented it to be nextdoor with longtime friends and their grandchildren as they rented the house nextdoor. It was great! The owner was super if I had questions!

We booked this location for our son's wedding in Hilton Head. It was a chance to have all of my adult kids and their children together for a week. From the booking to checking out, everything was seamless. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool overlooking the golf course was a nice view. We had one little glitch, that was not the fault of the owner, and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. He was only a phone call/text away and we were fixed that night. I booked this home based off our our needs and then reviews and everything was 100% accurate. The extras like the high chair and pack and play, pool/beach toys, bikes, games were all appreciated and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, serving dishes we would need. Thank you for an amazing week. if we ever come back to Hilton Head again we would definitely stay at this home again.

Great place in Hilton Head
What a beautiful house right off the Fazio golf course. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive with communication. The living room area was very comfortable and all the bedrooms were perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place on HHI
Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful home. The home is spacious and had a bedroom suite for each of our 3 families plus a bunk room and a “game room” which the kids instantly took over. The pool area is perfect. We appreciated only paying for the fuel we used to heat the pools. The location to the beach was perfect once we discovered the short cut. The bikes were a nice amenity. A special thank you to David who was an amazing host. He was so quick to answer our questions. Exceptional! Hope we can return sometimes!

Wonderful Christmas
We stayed at this home for Christmas 2023. My daughters and I kept saying that this was the perfect house for all of us to be together. It is just as pictured. The three bedrooms with adjoining baths were perfect for three couples and the kids' bunk room worked out so well for the 8-, 14- and 16-year-old kids. The added bonus for them was the upstairs office/tv room for their video games and entertainment. It is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood on Hilton Head. There is much to do outside and if you are caught inside in the rain for several days, no worries, the house accommodates indoor games and lots of eating. We said that the kitchen offers better cookware than most rentals. For us and our needs, this was just perfect! The owner is extremely accommodating and answered questions in a very timely manner. This was an excellent holiday home for us.

Fantastic stay in Palmetto Dunes
Absolutely loved staying in Dave’s house in Palmetto Dunes. House was immaculate and exactly as described. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the provided bikes. Convenient to golf, pickleball, and lots of great restaurants. Will definitely stay again when our family visits Hilton Head!

First annual golf trip.
Everything about the property was top notch. Owner couldn’t have been better to deal with and had all questions answered before I could ask! Great stay on HHI
Beautiful house- exactly as pictured. We appreciated how well the house was stocked both in kitchen as well as games, kids / baby things like high chair, puzzles, etc. Make sure to check all the drawers , pantry etc before going to grocery store! If you’re planning on sleeping in bonus room in hot months just be aware takes longer for that room to get cool! Kids loved the bunch beds and there was even a bed guard under the bed that you can use for the little ones. Communication was great, check in was easy. And we loved how close we were to beach. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes before and would highly recommend the area and this house.

This location was perfect for us! We not only held a surprise 80th bday for my father in law, but had our 3 daughters stay with us for a week with their significant other with lots of privacy. The location was perfect and couldn’t have appreciated the setup any more.

Amazing, Exceptional Home!
What a wonderful, gorgeous home to to go and relax and enjoy time with our family. This home is beautiful, large, and immaculate and extremely well equipped and furnished with everything above and beyond our needs. The well appointed kitchen is a dream to prepare meals in. The location is quiet and ideal with easy access to the beach and general store etc. The home's outdoor grill, pool, spa and large outdoor deck area and seating were thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 generational family of 10. Having 2 large refrigerators, 2 large tables( one in the dining area and one in the living area),a highchair, booster seat, pack and play and ping pong table, beach toys were only a few of the many amenities we needed and found very helpful. Our grandchildren especially loved the large living room table for game playing and working puzzles etc and the older ones spent time together playing ping pong in the garage. Dave is great to work with and should definitely be rated as Super Host. He is very attentive and efficient with any questions anyone might have during the whole process and in addition has provided a large House Book with diagrams and photo instructions for the home's various items. We found everything very easy and enjoyable. This is our 2nd year in this outstanding home and we can't wait to return next summer.

Awesome family house
We had a great vacation at this house. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It is a beautiful home with plenty of seating and specious bedrooms . The back deck was nice and when it rained the front covered porch was great. The pool was nice and we loved the golf course in the backyard. Dave the owner was very nice and available whenever we needed him.This place was perfect and we will be back next year.
