Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en un acogedor complejo frente al mar.

Toda cocina nueva! Nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito, fregadero, grifo, pintura, molduras.

Todos los baños nuevos! Nuevos tocadores con encimeras de granito, nuevos pisos de baldosas de cerámica, nuevos inodoros de altura de silla, pintura nueva y molduras blancas.

Hemos agregado un marco de azulejos de mármol con ducha a la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal.

Hemos repintado el condominio en todo momento. Ahora está decorado con los frescos colores de las playas de azul marino y amarillo soleado con todo el acabado blanco brillante y nuevas puertas de 6 paneles en todas partes.

TODOS LOS NUEVOS MUEBLES DE DEN: Nuevo sofá cama, silla, mesa de café, alfombra y cuadros. También nuevo televisor LCD de panel plano montado en la pared.

Cama King size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama Queen en el estudio.

Este complejo de 5 pisos con ascensor está a solo unos pasos de la mejor playa de la isla Hilton Head con hermosas vistas al mar desde su balcón.

El estacionamiento está convenientemente ubicado en la parte delantera del edificio y debajo del estacionamiento en el Hilton. Nuestro complejo tiene su propio paseo marítimo directamente a la playa. Disfrute de asar a la parrilla y comer al aire libre en las mesas de picnic en el patio.

Perfect location, needs attention to cosmetic details
The location was perfect. Steps to the beach and very close to Coligny Circle, and public tennis/pickleball courts (faded pickleball lines on tennis courts, bit fine for our family). Unit was clean and comfortable with nice countertop and tile updates, but in serious need of some simple cosmetic fixes -- peeling paint in both bathrooms, peeling paint and dented wall behind chairs and waste basket in the dining area, rusty bathroom waste basket, seriously rusty toilet tissue holder and rusty bathroom light fixture. These cosmetics really cheapened the entire feel of the place despite other obvious updates. Also, I wish we knew the dining area would only accomodate 4 people. (Our own 2 bedroom timeshare in Waterside fits 6 or a snug 8 at the dining table.) We were unable to host our family Christmas dinner as we had planned in advance. No dishwasher detergent was provided. And features in the vrbo description suggested laundry in unit. But I had to dig through the listing once we arrived to see that laundry was coin-operated in the building, not available in the unit. My bad for not looking much closer for laundry options before we reserved this place. But if you just want a small, comfortable place to sleep, that's minutes from the beach, this would fit the bill.

Great location, very nice accommodations
Was looking for a nice place to stay for a quick trip to Hilton Head. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it is very clean, one minute walk to the beach, and very nice accommodations. I would highly recommend!

Small slice of Heaven at HHI!
We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach condo in Hilton Head Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach as well as the amenities available at the Hilton next door, which made it super convenient for our family. The house itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The host was incredibly responsive when needed on a few small items. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation spot, and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Quick beach trip
Clean, safe, great amenities. Condo was small, we missed having a dryer, but it was a shorter stay. The towel bar was broken in my bathroom, and my kids complained of lighting issues, but I was comfortable, and thought it overall a nice space and convenient to the beach, absolutely loved the warm pool!

Great little condo right on the beach
Perfect place for me, my wife, and daughter at Hilton Head. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I am a little picky about beds but found the king in the master to be very comfortable. The condo is perfect for three people and would be good for 2 adults and 2 children. The use of the amenities next store was super easy and fantastic to have. The condo also has immediate beach access. The two pools and hot tubs next door are basically on the condo’s property. The pools were heated and very comfortable even with temps in the 70s. The location is incredibly convenient to Coligny plaza.

just okay
Check in was easy, room smelled stale, mother burned her hand on the stove almost immediately because the oven had been left on form the previous stay. Walls and doors very dusty, light in small bedroom has a short in it so it may or may not work. Small bed coverings are very old. these beds are also super old. Master bedroom lights were unplugged and we had to move the bed to have light in the room. Elevator stopped working second day of our trip and never was fixed before we left- meaning my elderly mother didn't get to enjoy the beach at all. Pool key passes never worked- we had this same issue last year. Rusty and broken decor throughout but the location is amazing.

Exactly as pictured. Great location in Hilton Head. Walk to Coligny restaurants and shops. Pool at the Hilton is the reason we booked and of course right on the beach. A few lightbulbs were out but that's minor.

Home away from home.
This is our third year in a row staying here and we're already looking forward to our next visit. We adore the location and appreciate all of the Hilton resort's amenities (pool, fitness center, parking garage). The bedrooms are comfortable; bathrooms are functional; and there's even a couple chairs and an umbrella for time at the beach. This place has everything we need.

A Great Family Beach Vacation!
The condo was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Parking was never an issue at the property. Access to pool & beach was convenient. The grounds of the property were beautiful & the main pool was awesome! We rarely had an issue getting loungers at the pool and we were surprised the beach was never super crowded. We would definitely come back!

This is the perfect location with great amenities! The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The pool and beach access shared next door was amazing! There are some details that need replaced/updated such as broken lamp shade, broken towel ring, rusty bathroom accessories, hole under kitchen cabinet.

Nice 2br/2ba near ocean. Quick response from owner when we had an issue with the cold water spigot in MBath. Due to holiday crowd we had to wait on parking spot when we first arrived. All in all a good overall experience.
