Todos los muebles nuevos de la sala de estar, electrodomésticos y muchas actualizaciones, incluidas las nuevas encimeras de cuarzo en la cocina y los baños. Nuevos tocadores y accesorios de baño.

Nuestra villa, AR209, es perfecta para vacaciones familiares, ya que se encuentra a unos 50 pasos de la playa. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, dormitorio principal con TV y una cama queen, dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

Internet inalámbrico gratuito y 2 televisores de alta definición están incluidos, así como tenis gratis y uso del gimnasio. En el lugar hay 3 restaurantes: un bar deportivo (Coconutz), un restaurante de pizza (Gator'z Pizza) y un bar informal (Jamaica Joe'z) junto a la piscina con vista a la playa (especializado en bebidas congeladas).

Hay una piscina al lado de Admiral's Row, así como otra piscina muy grande con una piscina para niños al lado. Aquí también encontrará muchas tumbonas, mesas con sombrillas, un cenador semicubierto, herraduras, voleibol de playa y juego de tejo.

Ofrecemos 4 sillas de playa y una sombrilla para su uso. Ofrecemos toallas y ropa de cama, pero no toallas de playa.

Hay 8 canchas de tenis iluminadas y 6 canchas de pickleball iluminadas que son de uso gratuito, solo regístrese en el Tennis Center.

La puerta de seguridad puede alquilar bicicletas en el lugar y hay bastidores de bicicletas ubicados a ambos lados de Admiral's Row.

Las parrillas de carbón y las mesas de picnic se encuentran alrededor del complejo y algunas se encuentran en el lado norte del edificio. Muy conveniente. Hay más al lado del parque infantil, que es un gran lugar para una gran reunión. Los niños pueden jugar en el equipo del patio de juegos y los adultos pueden verlos mientras se visitan entre ellos y preparan hot dogs y hamburguesas.

Great time at Hilton Head
This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space.

Ocean view!
We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

Great visit!
Condo is exactly like it is in the pictures. It was hard for me to tell how close to the beach it was when I looked at the pictures due to the boardwalk, but rest assured it is REALLY close to the beach. So convenient! We loved the balcony and every morning my 9-year-old would wake us up by reporting the weather conditions. We all really liked the tide clock, too, as it was helpful to determine where to set up on the beach. There were some colorful characters staying on the property, but luckily couldn’t hear them with the sliding glass doors shut. We cooked in almost every meal and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed.

Amazing View!
We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head! This was our first stay here, and Ian and Pat made it so enjoyable. When they say the condo is close to the beach, they mean it! We walked right out of the condo to the boardwalk and were on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. We also enjoyed the pool which was a short walk from our condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian and Pat were kind enough to provide lots of information about the island including restaurant recommendations and things to do. We so appreciate their hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

Great time on Hilton Head Island
This is a great place! The view is as was advertised and the porch was so inviting - we spent a lot of time on the porch. It is nice as the sun does not pour onto the porch - so it is quite comfortable to sit outside and watch the waves and dolphins and birds. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. The beach is very easy to access. A great place - we will be back!

It's All About the View
This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable week at the beach. We were also impressed with how friendly the other tenants were. But, ultimately, it was all about the view! We took every possible occasion to sit on the deck and soak in the great view of the beach and ocean. We hope to return.

Very close to beach.
Great location and nice condo. I’d swap out the master bed for a new firm mattress in king size. And maybe it’s time to get a cover for the sofa. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable thank you for being so accommodating

Fantastic Beach Stay
Once again an outstanding beach trip! We love staying in this condo because of the location but also because it is so comfortable to stay here! You can enjoy listening to the waves and watching the water either on this beach for from the beautiful balcony. We are so thankful we were able to go!

Great getaway!
Loved the location of this property! So, so close to the beach. Everything was in good working order. My friend and I had a great time! The only negative to me is the late checkin time of 4:00 PM. A 2:00 or 3:00 checkin time would be great since checkout is at 10:00 AM. I would definitely recommend this property for rental and would stay there again for sure!

Great location, clean and comfy
The location was great for our stay in HHI for a wedding. We had a nice view of the beach, but unfortunately didn't have much time to enjoy the resort with all of the wedding events. The place was clean, and I was happy that the carpet in the pictures had been replaced by wood floors. It was a bit bare bones in terms of amenities (like shampoo/soap). Overall, great! We would stay there again!

Beautiful Location!
Great location and steps from elevator and laundry room right next door to the room. The boardwalk to the beach literally right outside! I was very pleased. The pool size is awesome and having a little bar and grille next to the pool was great too. Loved my time there and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great place to stay
We had a great stay at this property! The floors were updated from the pictures posted in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise and made the room feel very updated and bright. It was a great location to the beach with great views. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond as well. Would recommend and would stay again!
