¡Bienvenido a nuestro nuevo hogar lejos del hogar! Compramos esta casa en 2017 con el sueño de darle nueva vida. Está directamente adyacente a nuestra casa de vacaciones de alquiler VRBO existente (# 2336) que hemos alquilado desde 1999. Nos enorgullecemos de compartir nuestro amor por Sea Pines con otros y debido a que hemos gestionado propiedades de alquiler durante mucho tiempo, tenemos un profundo conocimiento de lo que buscan los huéspedes en una casa de vacaciones. Nuestro objetivo es crear un hogar acogedor y acogedor con todas las comodidades que desee en una casa de vacaciones de alta gama para que pueda crear recuerdos increíbles con su familia y amigos. Esta casa de 3,000 pies cuadrados está al final de una renovación masiva y completa. Estamos publicando fotos, ya que están disponibles, pero queríamos seguir adelante y abrir las reservas para el verano de 2018 ahora. Hay 2 dormitorios en el nivel principal, cada uno con su propio baño privado. Arriba hay 2 dormitorios más, también con sus propios baños. Estas increíbles vistas panorámicas se pueden disfrutar desde el nuevo dormitorio principal, la gran sala, el comedor y la cocina. La nueva cocina expande todo el lado de la casa con una enorme isla con capacidad para 8 personas, fregadero agrícola, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de Jenn Air. La casa estará completamente amueblada con todos los nuevos y elegantes muebles temáticos de playa de alta gama, todos almacenados ahora en High Point, Carolina del Norte, a la espera de la entrega en mayo.

Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada para unas vacaciones perfectas en el mundialmente famoso Sea Pines Resort. Un corto paseo en bicicleta (una milla) lo lleva a Harbor Town Golf Links, el Harbour Town Yacht Club o el nuevo Sea Pines Beach Club (a dos millas de distancia). Esto permite a los visitantes estar cerca de todo y poder retirarse a un tranquilo vecindario privado para relajarse.

Friends Reunion
Beautiful spacious home overlooking a large pond/small lake. Well- equipped kitchen with great island layout for additional seating. Close proximity to Harbortowne and Sea Pines Center with nice shops and restaurants, golf and pickleball courts also nearby. Would love to return during warmer weather. Property manager very gracious and accommodating.

The property is as advertised. Clean. Check-in was easy. Jim, owner’s father, met with us to give us the details on everything Hilton Head. Very comfortable and great kitchen space for a group. Calming views. Great bike paths for walking and biking. I would go back! We would all go back!

Family Vacation
This is a beautiful home, awesome kitchen and dining area, comfortable living area and the bedrooms are very nice. Each bedroom has an its own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of bicycles to tour around Sea Pines. Located close to Harbor Town. Great host as well!

Beautiful Retreat in Sea Pines
We enjoyed an amazing stay in this awesome home. We traveled as 4 adults, an 11 year old, 15 year old and a 20 year old. The home felt like a home away from home with more than enough space for everyone . Beautiful decor, comfortable beds/bed linens, wonderful views, and every amenity that you could possibly need. My favorite area of the house is the kitchen with its expansive countertop, seating, and top notch appliances. I loved the 6-burner stove and the double ovens. This house is exactly as described. The property is about a 7 minute ride from Sea Pines Resort with its pristine beach and dining options close by. We also got to meet the owner’s father who is a real delight and he addressed any additional needs for our stay. I highly recommend this home for a vacation in Hilton Head.

As a native of the island, I am very familiar with the area, However, the owner of the home was extremely helpful with any and everything that we needed. The home is simply amazing. The views are breathtaking, and the house was stocked with everything you need. We would definitely use this home again.

Perfect Vacation Home!
We spent the last week of May in this beautiful home! The owner, Ann, was very responsive to my email communications and her father very kindly made himself available should we had any needs during our stay. We did not need a thing! The kitchen was well appointed. We easily cooked 3 dinners at the house and had all of the necessary cookware/serving dishes. I loved the 6 burner gas stove AND the double ovens! The tables sat us all quite comfortably & the island seating is an added plus. There were even 2 dishwashers! We purchased our groceries at Publix, which is very close to the house. Speaking of close, the house is very conveniently located to many restaurants/attractions. Gotta love Harbor Town at sunset! I loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. That was a big selling feature to me. The beds were nice & comfy. And plenty of towels/linens were provided, including beach towels! We loved sitting on the patio each day and watching the local alligators swim in the lagoon and the birds fishing. We saw 3 swimming together one day! We also very much appreciated the use of the bikes.The kids used them daily! The hubby and I enjoyed them a couple of mornings. Just an FYI, I am a slow biker. It took me about 15 min to get to the beach. It was an easy ride! And the beach was lovely, but very busy. I truly loved this house & hope to return next year if possible! This house truly is a Sea Pines Gem!

Spacious and Beautiful Home
This was the perfect property for our group of 4 adult couples down to Hilton Head for a few days of golf, shopping and relaxation. This home was great with 4 bedrooms each with it‘s own bath offering plenty of privacy when needed. The kitchen/dining/living area was wonderful with plenty of space for preparing food as well seating. Upon entrance you are immediately drawn to the beautiful water view. We would definitely stay at this property should we return in the future.

Perfect stay
This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. Many thoughtful amenities were added to make it truly feel like a home away from home. Bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. Board games and cards. Extra throw blankets. The kitchen had everything needed plus lots of extras. Our favorite was sitting outside on the patio every morning and evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. So very peaceful!

Precise name for property as you just can’t get enough of that view all day long. Loved the eight seats around the kitchen counter. Four rooms with own bath was awesome for our four couples. Great location and great host (Jim was awesome )

Fantastic View
This house and the view it offers are beautiful! The second we walked through the door we were blown away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. The kitchen is decently stocked and the owner profides most of your basic needs for the week. The house very clean minus one issue with the over which was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely return if vacationing in Hilton Head again.

Great-Again
This was our second year at this property. It has a view off the back deck that is incomparable. The great room blends into the dining room/kitchen with a large counter that seats 8 comfortably. The bedrooms are large and attractive. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We will be back next year!

Family Time in Sea Pines
Five of us, aged 20 months to 75 years, had a fun but relaxing time at this site in September 2023. The home is as lovely and spacious as pictured and the kitchen is reasonably well-equipped with hardware needed for cooking. One of us played two rounds of golf, enjoying being paired with strangers and the courses themselves. Plenty of easy-to-reach restaurants, bike trails (bikes at the house) and, of course, a lovely Atlantic beach. And the alligator safely viewed from the house deck!.

Unwind from everyday stress
This home is so relaxing from the minute we walk in to the day we have to leave we feel relaxed. The colors and decor are peaceful. It is very open and airy. There is so much space to gather together for great family dinners, either inside or out. The deck is very private overlooking the lake. We met a few residents in the area and everyone is super friendly My family loves staying here.
