Absolute perfect stay
We could not have been happier! Great communication, the house was immaculate, the owner greeted us (nice man), the location was perfect. The house was supplied with everything we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The view was beautiful. We saw deer every day. We just cannot put into words how perfect everything was. We would love to come back someday.

A wonderful experience
The house was amazing. It was better than advertised and perfect for our family of 11. Floyd was amazing to work with and extremely responsive. Hill City is, in my opinion, the perfect place to stay if you are planning to take in all of the landmarks the Black Hills has to offer. I would stay At this property again in a heartbeat.

This home is perfectly set up for a family. The location is ideal. Even though it is just up the hill from Hill City, it is quiet and private. We also appreciated the owner’s attentiveness in personally meeting us at the house when we checked in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Hill City Stay
Great location, Beautiful home with many extra amenities! Hot tub, pool table and Foosball table were fun to have there! It was nice to have the grill, back deck/porch was beautiful. Fully furnished kitchen for supplies and lots of seatingfor a group to gather together. Two sets of washers and dryers. Chuck was a great host and checked in with us too. He even set out the hose to wash off the wheelers!

This property was above all our expectations! Weve been doing VRBO rentals for 13 years of family vacations! All have been good - but this one was superior. Beautiful home, very well supplied, beds & bedding were high quality! We couldnt have asked for better accommodations & the owner was very helpful! Would highly recommend this property! New Hill City property
Property is even better than the pictures. The main level opens onto a large covered porch area, which has the most amazing view. House is new, and has all the amenities you need Kitchen is well stocked with pots, bowls dishes and extra supplies (more than the typical single trash bag and tiny dish washing supplies. There are two washer/dryers . Downstairs game room and hot tub kept our kids occupied. Beds and pillows were great - a factor many owners fail to maintain. Also had an ATV, bikes and fishing poles for your use., Floyd stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed, and went over basic info. Checking to make sure we had propane for the bbq. Hill City is central to everything you want to do in the Black Hills area. Krull Grocery is just blocks away. Prices are higher than expected, but very convenient. It is obvious that the owners have made a real effort to make this house the perfect Black Hills home away from home. Highly recommend a stay there fs you are in the area.

All in Agreement!
After staying here 3 years in a row, all 8 of us adults agreed to book it again for next year. It's close to hiking, fishing, museum visits, groceries, biking and running trails, and has so many options for activities right at the home site. Besides all that, the view off the huge covered deck is unbelievable!

Best VRBO!
This place had EVERYTHING! Plenty of rooms, fun games for kids, phenomenal deck, lots of towels, spices to cook with, wonderfully stocked kitchen....Seriously, this is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It is close to everything we like to do in the Black Hills. And if you don't like to get out and adventure you can enjoy your time in this amazing house. Just being there is a vacation in itself.
