“The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Each room had its own AC split system so each person could adjust it to their liking and each bedroom had a noise machine which was fantastic to have as a traveler when you’re not used to strange outside noises. 10/10 will book again. Loved the decorations and picked up a lot of inspiration for my own little home.”

I rated the neighborhood lower because the morning we checked out we had to deal with 2 loose dogs that were not friendly. We loved the house and very much enjoyed our stay. “The property is secluded just on the edge of town. Lots of room to roam and close to everything in town. Just minutes from Fossil Rim Wildlife, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Creation Museum, and Dinosaur World. Nice deck down on the river. It's a great gathering spot.”
