“We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away.”

“This is a beautiful spacious home that is walking distance to Watford village and Cassiobury park. Large beds and all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The only downside was no patio furniture to enjoy the backyard.”

“We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

“Communication with the host/property manager was good, quick, and easy. The place felt homey and spacious. Checking in and out were easy. The cleaning was prompt…the cleaner arrived as we checked out.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to stay for six nights. Hostess Karen was incredibly helpful as my wife had a broken shoulder and she went out of her way to make her comfortable. Highly recommended, no problems at all, if fact extremely enjoyable stay in a glorious setting.”

“Overall very good place to stay with family/friends either for a week or a weekend away. The property manager was very polite and sorted any issue I had very quickly and efficiently and even allowed us an extra 30 minutes to check out which my family are very grateful for. Definitely somewhere to consider staying!”

“Pictures of property are misleading. Exterior photo of entire house, when in reality you only stay in half. Interior rooms are much smaller than in photos. Only the kitchen mouse thought this was "luxury".”

“My husband and I enjoyed a 12 night stay at this guesthouse. We mainly used it for sleeping as spent majority of time at our daughter’s and family’s house nearby. Location was perfect for our needs and amenities as well.Communication with the management company Pass the Keys was very good and responded promptly to any questions we had.As the weather turned quite warm during our stay, having a fan available would have been helpful or a key access to open the top window in the main living...

“Lovely place to stay! Has everything you could possibly need. There was a slight hiccup with keys not available when we arrived but issue was sorted very quickly by Sharon.”

“Generally ok - there weren't breakfast goods as suggested in listing and sofabed wasn't made up as I'd requested. Tv control had been mislaid (?by previuos guest?) so we couldn't watch it. Although there were lots of games and owner was very apologetic and did try to sort it on night 1.Really convenient for Harry Potter tour - free bus is a 15 min walk away, as is the train station.”

“Charming home in an ideal location. Friendly, warm, and super responsive hosts. A short walk to lovely shops, delicious restaurants, and the train station to London. We will be definitely visiting again!!”

"Un hotel moderno, con todos los servicios y comodidades acordes a su categoria. Tiene piscina con sauna y baño de vapor, tiene gimnasio (incluidos paralos clientes alojados en el hotel) y tambien un bar/restaurante. Es un club-hotel. Tambien tiene parking que puede tener un coste segun Hoteles.com, pero que a mi no me han cobrado, solo habia que registrar la matricula en recepcion, que por cierto muy amables en recepcion"
