Unfortunately one bad apple ruined my whole experience. The bar and spa staff were lovely, as was the front desk. However after checking out I’ve noticed almost all of my brand name make up was taken from my room. We did not have any visitors. At first I thought it was a few items but now I see my bag was gone through and over $500 in items are gone. Thank you for not taking anything else but this is awful. Most of the staff there work so hard. Front desk did offer to call police but also denied their staff would do this and offered no compensation. 7 items don’t just disappear. Hopefully I can edit this to say it’s made right. Shame on the staff member that did this. Shout out to the daytime bartender with curly hair and Marina and Alex at the sp.
