“Here for the week of Thanksgiving. Property just as pictured, communication with owner was perfect. Everything you need for cooking your on meals is stocked in the kitchen. We used the Blackstone on the deck often. Ate dinner at the Waterside a couple nights the food there is excellent. Sat on the dock watched the sun sets. Would book again.”

Everything was in good working order and well stocked with supplies. We did not bring a boat so I can't speak to the ramp, but the house was great. Wish all VRBO properties were this good! ”

“Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. “Booked this specifically to accommodate my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. A few small steps to get inside, but once there she was able to spend her time with us without worrying about getting around. Beautiful views of the lake to be had from inside the comfy living room and bedrooms. Had everything we needed to cook dinners. Could definitely see this being a great spot in warmer weather, but it was pretty great during cold and gloomy weather too.”

“My Mom, my sisters and all of our families enjoy staying here two years in a row to celebrate the holidays. The house is spacious and has everything we need for my foodie sisters to cook great meals. The property manager Faith is friendly and super responsive but we've only had a glitch with the Internet once. Mainly we talk to Faith because she's great about checking in and making sure everything is great. Highly recommend for groups or family gatherings. ”

“We visited the lodge for a thanksgiving family getaway. The rooms and house are very spacious. Vrbo’s description of the house was very accurate. The owners of the home are very nice, welcoming, and are timely in responding. One negative I would give is the housekeeping of the house. It needed more of a “detailed” cleaning. This property could also be more handicapped friendly as far as entering the house. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to others. ”
