All of the prior reviews were absolutely correct and saying that this is a hidden gem the hosts were fantastic and have done an exceptional job of making sure you stay in the property is a five star value. we have friends that love to hike and I’ve already recommended this place to them as a perfect stay. “The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed plus. The beds were super comfortable and the 3 floors gave everyone their own space. The kids loved the downstairs area. Loved the decks!. The only drawback was the steps to the lake which was not practical for some. Overall the place was very clean and as nice as it looked in pictures. We would definitely stay there again if the tram is installed.”

“This little place has all that you really need. It was super clean. The mattress was great and having Dish Network was a bonus. Bathroom was very clean but the shower spigot was loose and the water pressure was quite low. Overall a great stay!”

“We enjoyed the cabin for two families of four. The man cave was a great place to relax at night. For us, the outdoor area was great including the fire pit, grill, canoe and an area for fishing. We initially thought we could maybe swim off of our deck, but the water had quite a bit of trash and debris so we went us the road to the beach as an alternative. The owner Hank was responsive to our needs and suggestions. We made some great memories and enjoyed the cabin!”

“Wonderful outdoor experience and a quiet place to stay off the grid. Great place for hiking and to see nature. Downside was the long drive getting into town which required advance planning and patience. The house was very nice, clean, and nicely laid out both inside and out. Large wraparound porch and plenty of sitting/entertainment area. Included a well laid out garden.”
