Great location
The property was exactly as described. Tyler was super nice and easily accessible for any questions that we had. Easy access to parking. Extremely clean and well decorated. it was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Perfect for a couple. If I could give more than five stars I would. Perfect access to everything, we did not have to drive anywhere the whole two days that we were there. Dottie’s next door is a must for breakfast. They have the best biscuits! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hopefully we will be back again next fall for a weekend

Girls Octoberfest Weekend
Absolutely adorable place to stay, bigger than what the pictures show. Excellent location, comfortable, super clean, everything you would need is supplied in the Vrbo. Exceeded our expectations! We have already planned our 2025 girls weekend for Octoberfest at this Vrbo. The owner is very responsive to communication. We’ll be back!

Beautiful, clean, welcoming place. Furnished comfortably and modern. The only problem was the bathroom. It was built too small considering there was a large supply room behind it, and more room could have been easily accomplished. But, I have been a custom home builder all my life, so I do have a critical eye....We had a wonderful time

Property was as described and much more. The front deck was great. Perfect place for relaxing in the evening and watching cars and people. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Great Get a way
I would give this property and Tyler 5 +++ stars. The property was exactly as described and communicating with Tyler was excellent and although it is set a top a business I have no negative comments at all, and if your a people watcher I say a plus. My wife and I would set on the deck and watch people go by thus adding entertainment at times. The location is perfect, all the eating establishments you could ever want and there is a dollar general a block or so away if you get anything. We went for the balloon Festival and although we did not get to see the “ Balloon Race to The Atlantic “ on Thursday morning there were other activities Thursday through Saturday evening. There is mountain roller coaster and tubing with walking distance from the property.

I stayed here for Memorial Day 2024. Despite the crowds, parking wasn't an issue. Everywhere I went in Helen was conveniently walkable from the location. The properly was clean and neat and met all of my needs.

Great Little Apartment.
Great little apartment for the weekend. Close enough to walk to downtown Helen, but far enough to not have to deal with all the noise and traffic. Some noise (talking and front door opening/shutting) but nothing that disturbed us into the night. We had a lovely weekend stay!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Perfect Hideaway
My husband and i just loved this apartment. Its more spacious than the pictures show. Itbwas superbclean and had all the comforts we needed. We havent stopped telling everyone about this place. The location is perfect. Just outside of the main attraction that the busyness isnt noticeable but close enough forbthe briefest walk to in the center of it all. We just Loved everything about this adorable apartment.

Have it all!
This place is perfect in every way! It's inviting, clean, comfy and walking distance to everything you want to do in Helen. We went during the holidays and you can see the gorgeous Christmas lights from the front porch. 10/10 recommend!

Fun Location to Enjoy Downtown Helen w/out Having to Drive!
Beautifully remodeled 1 bd/bath above the local liquor store. Stepless entry from the rear into the bedroom w/ private covered deck against the mountain forest. The front covered deck overlooks the street & was a source of entertainment until the wee hours. It looks directly at "Slice of Heaven" which seems to be the late night locals bar. Not too rowdy of a crowd, but lots of drunken stumbling, happy singing. I even witnessed one car backing out of a parking spot right into his friend's car that he just walked past to get to his car! His friend yelled, "Stop, Stop, F'ing STOP!!"... then a light crunch sound... oops! The two spent a good 20 min looking at the minimal damage together before they each drove off unscathed & unreported, apparently still friends. The bed was comfy, but if you are an early to bed, light sleeper, please know that the downstairs store's door is a heavy door that slams with every entrance & exit until closing (which is 11:30 pm Fri & Sat). And you can hear the muffled conversation going on down there. It didn't really bother me, but I'm tend to be a 'roll with it' kind a person. The location is within walking distance of the Dollar General, restaurants, Downtown Helen & Fest Hall. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay!
This cozy little spot was an absolute gem. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go and there is an amazing breakfast restaurant next door - Dottie’s home of the cat head biscuits! Place was extremely clean and cozy, updated appliances, quiet area despite being above a liquor store. We met Tyler and he was super nice. Cashiers at the Alpine Brew were very friendly. We had a wonderful time. Oktoberfest 2024 we will be back 😁

Best people watching for Oktoberfest!!
Brand new remodel. Tyler did an awesome job. Everything is new and spotless. The bedroom is in the back and totally quiet. The front deck faces Main Street and allows for not only a view of the mountains in the distance but a perfect spot for people watching!! Tyler said that there are still new things to come. Can't wait to go back next year! Thanks Tyler!
