To whom it may concern,
Our stay at this duplex complex was disappointing. The accommodations were advertised as having direct access to the Chattahoochee Creek. Upon arrival, we found that the only way to access the water was via trespassing or by utilizing the water park grounds, which were a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the duplex was labeled as pet-friendly but there were no grassy areas that our dogs could safely access within a 5 to 10-minute walk. This necessitated that our dogs use flower beds with mulch to attend to urgent business. The remaining outdoor seating areas were in very unkept standings. There were bird nests, extensive spider webs, and a large accumulation of leaves and debris on the two available decks. These areas had not been cleaned in a very long time and required that we clean them ourselves before use. Most frustratingly of all, the duplex advertised a hot tub on the bottom level which was locked and deemed unusable due to a missing handrail on the deck. We were not notified of this until departure for our stay which was after the cancelation window had passed. Had we received previous notification of this complication we would have elected to stay somewhere else as this was one of the features that were deemed a requirement by our booking party.
The duplex itself was fully furnished but was cluttered with excessive decor items that had to be moved to use the space. There were many food items left behind in the fridge, including alcohol
