“Kleines Gästehaus, am Ortsrand. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, schöne Zimmer und gute Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wintergarten. Zimmer 7 (?) sollte man meiden, nur durch die Küche zugänglich. Für uns war das Haus ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt die Insel zu erkunden. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. ”

“Quaint little guesthouse! The stairs are very narrow so moving luggage is a bit difficult but the location is great. We stayed 2 nights and the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t working but the property managers left a couple of beers for us knowing that they are still renovating and it was warm enough with just the one radiator. Would stay again! ”

“Good points. The host communicated well prior to our arrival .he met us promptly and was very pleasant and helpful .bed was comfortable enough. Bad points.the house was very dilapidated, in very bad condition externally which gives a bad first impression .lots of flies around. Room very stark, nothing cosy. Shared bathroom not in good state of repair, pedal bin in bathroom full to the brim with sanitary towels, clearly not emptied in quite a number of days. Very overpriced .”

“The Westman Islends are an amazing area and a must do in Iceland. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the manager was unbelievably helpful. Only 2 disadvantaged that would not stop me from returning. Although the beds are very comfortable there is barely enough space to get out of bed:) and that could be a problem for heavier people especially when using the bathroom at night.
