Great location but that is about it.
The property was centrally located near great wineries and had two bedrooms and a bath, as listed. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The house was infested with spiders, and although the cleaning was generally good, I found hairs and spiders in the bathtub. The property resembled an outdated grandmother's house that hadn't been maintained or updated. The irrigation had been off for a long time, resulting in dead landscaping and piles of leaves about six inches deep. I had to water the last two rose bushes every day as I felt so bad for them.
Do not bring your pet here. The neglected landscaping is full of stickers, making it painful for dogs to walk, so you'll need to take them elsewhere for potty breaks. Additionally, there were ticks everywhere, and my spouse had to start antibiotics after being bitten. Lastly, the furniture is old, cheap, worn out, and desperately needs replacement.
