Boys Trip was a Success
Cabin was more than expected, clean, comfortable, and had everything we wanted/needed. There were deer in the yard that we got to sit and just watch, and several eagles. Many turkeys in the area. Grill, charcoal and everything supplied. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Perfect!
We have a cabin in the area but Rented Bassett Point to house additional family and friends for an annual "Family Weekend." Fit our needs perfect. Plenty of space for everybody. Views are spectacular. Communication with owner was simple and prompt. Will definitely be renting again.

Spacious
The rental was extremely spacious and had plenty of room for multiple activities simultaneously. Our two year old granddaughter loved the large area to play with her toys. The sandy beach area was also a plus with her. Nice access to restaurants, highly recommend Willow Haven, absolutely a must. The food was amazing and the service was excellent, especially the cook, he came out frequently to check in with our family. The kitchen could use a few more items, like a whisk, strainer, and maybe a blender. Drinking water is extremely discolored and taste is bad, possibly due to high iron content, we ended up buying all our water for drinking, cooking, and ice. For a cleaning service fee of over $200, I was expecting the rental to be a little cleaner, floors were not swept and carpets were not vacuumed. Bathrooms looked to be wiped down, but with the high iron content to the water, it’s hard to tell if the toilet and showers are stained or dirty. Overall we had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and enjoyed our family time.

Large space great for families
We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the property and waterfront. It was quite spacious. There are two kayaks available which was nice. Plenty of beds. Evenings were a little stuffy in the bedrooms so the window units were appreciated!

Nice cabin , great location, could use some updates
Overall it went very well. Great location and lots of room. Very nice that it had two fridges. The place is dated and there are some things that should be taken care of like the shower doesn’t drain properly upstairs The door knobs stick on entrance door and door to the back. A lot of ticks this time of year so it would help if back yard was mowed.

Water level at willow flowage was too low to enjoy this property
Sadly, we could not enjoy this property to the fullest because the water was so low. We tried to fish and kayak, but it was virtually impossible to get through the muck. We wished the owner would have shared this information before we drove 4 hours to this very remote location. If the water level had been satisfactory, I think we really could have enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay
Loved the location, the views, and our time on the water. Plenty of room with a fully stocked kitchen - all the pans, pots, utensils, that you could need, even a crock pot! Never worried about running out of soap, paper products or trash bags and had a laundry room as well. Would recommend and would stay again.

Willow Retreat
Great lodge…plenty of room. Better than expected… Pictures didn’t show a dock, but there is a nice one. Also AC in the bedrooms….we didn’t need it, but will come in handy once in a while. We all said it would be a nice place to visit every year for a couple days.

Property was more than expected. Plenty of amenities and an amazing view of the flowage. Easy access to boat launch up the road. We fish the flowage every year but usually stay at a campground on the water. I will say with certainty that we will no longer be camping and hopefully only staying at this cabin for years to come. Thank you for the memories!

Very nice up north log cabin home
Great place in a super location. House is very large with everything we needed to have a fun time. Near to a handful of restaurants, bars and a bait shop. Excellent communication when questions arose. Will definitely be back.
