Numerous issues, as in Door knob, locking mechanism was very sticky, and very difficult to lock the door one of the laps on off switch did not work so to turn light out would have to unplug it Silverware and eights were sticky and needed to be re-cleaned before use. Cabinets had the odor of mold, the floors were not very clean, and made the bottom of our feet black. Teapot was rusty, and so was one of the knives
We just say that the price of the unit would suggest a five star product, however, none of these issues by themselves was a detriment to our trip, we just more of the condition of a three star resort. And might add, we have stayed in many units at the Hale Mahina and this unit seems to be the darkest of them all, kinda like you’re in a cave. Please note, we did not contact the property manager until after the visit, so our five star review of them is only there because this form for us to put an answer in that line. I have had previous contact with the property management company, and they do communicate and respond to issues.
